My senior parents received an oil delivery from Petro recently on Sept. 15th, 2026. We called the customer service team after reporting a strong chemical smell of oil that permeated the house and grew stronger after a day or so. Petro did not respond to the emergency call and did not send anyone to check on it. We had to call and follow up several times to escalate this and was told several times by their customer services team that they did not know how to file a claim for issues caused by their company. Beware of this business and find a better company that values people - their lives, their money and their time. Chemicals cause severe damage and they should take these reports seriously and act with urgency.

Do not ever do business with this oil company. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They cannot figure out a budget plan if there life depended on it. The first year I was on the budgeted plan they hit me with an additional 1k+ overage bill. The second year they upped my budgeted plan so I would not go over, guess what, hit me with another overage bill of 1k+. Fool me once shame on you, try and fool me twice see you later! Their contention is, is that it is not a direct science and they do not want anyone to run out of oil so they will just keep sending you extra shipments with out letting you know. Seems like they have the direct science of sending customers 1k+ overage bills.

This company has unfortunately gone downhill. I had them for many years both individually and through and oil co-op. They have reverted to relying on automatic systems for customer service and it is not working. I had always been on a monthly budget plan August- August. Although they insist the payment has been calculated in June in the past, this has never been the case and I have always paid the same amount every month without issue. This year, despite making payments every month my oil delivery was shut off without any live person notification. Every time I received a call it was robocall/ computer system call with no real message. Every time I called the company I also got an automated system. The only time I got a live person on the phone was when I ran out of oil. From there, I had to wait around for an emergency delivery that late, and continued to not receive customer service I had been used to in years past. Finally, I was charged for burner service that I was promised I was not to be charged,
and had to call and have it removed. The company needs to go back to actual live people making sure their customers are taken care of. I will not be running out of fuel again, and have switched companies for the future.

Exceptional service from the floral department. I bought a boutonniere and corsage and the staff was so friendly. I returned a few days later and met the owner, who was very kind. Since it was so cold he had me stay in the car and he loaded the wood for me! I would definitely recommend!

Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable and so nice. They sold me my 2-foot snake plant, herbs for my garden and helped me pick out a planter, lay down rocks, soil and planted my infant lemon tree for me, and even got it into my car. Stopping by the nursery is the highlight of my day when I get the chance!

Awesome Firewood! My wife says I am a bit obsessed when it comes to firewood. Each winter I go through at least 3 cords. I have used many different suppliers. Where I have found good seasoned wood, usually they do not deliver a true cord. Where I have received a true cord, its not ready to burn and theres nothing worse than wood that is hissing and bubbling when trying to burn.
But not the case with Exquisite, I have been using them for two years now. Each delivery is prompt, wood is ready to burn and its a very health full cord. If your at all picky about your firewood, then look no further. Many people, who have come over, have asked about the firewood as they are impressed how well its burning. My brother buys Vermont kiln dried wood at 2-3 times the price and his wood burn no better than mine except his wood is so dry its burns too quick.

I have owned 5 homes in Fairfield County since the early 1980's. Kyle and his team at Exquisite Environments have provided the best combination of design, pruning and customer service... all excellent!

Extremely quick service, best price by far, and a very professional crew! Exquisite Environments did a wonderful job removing trees from our property. On a scale of 1 to 10, Exquisite Environment is a 20 and I recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent garden center for indoor and outdoor plants, also other landscaping services and firewood. Custom bouquets from fresh flowers too.

They came and planted a healthy young tree. All is forgiving.

Just had 4 trees removed from my property by Exquisite Environments. All work was performed as agreed on. The crew was continually cleaning up as they went and all debris was hauled away.
