I can not thank Edwin & his team for the work he did at our new house. There were 5 huge trees & the before and after you would never even know there were trees there. Edwin was very responsive to phone calls & ensured everything was perfect! I was amazed by the skills & talent these guys have and taking down these trees for us. They worked the entire day / night and not to mention in 20 degree windy / freezing weather. I can not recommend them enough

William and his co-worker did a great job. We had three huge trees that needed to be shaped, and we are very happy with the result. They also cut a couple of trees for us. We highly recommend their services

100/100! Great service! William came to my residence about a month ago to cut a tree and did a phenomenal job! Left the area completely clean after the job was completed. William and his team at Arbor Pro did an outstanding job. They were prompt, prepared, professional, and friendly. In less than a few hours, they not only removed a sick tree, they even planted a replacement. They took meticulous care in preserving the surrounding areas and cleaned up the tree debris that had fallen on the lawn. I highly recommend them and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

William and his crew did a fantastic job removing and grinding down a tree stump in our front yard. He is punctual and very highly skilled in his line of work. He charged a fair price and also gave us some great ideas about screening we’d like to do around our property. We definitely plan on using him for future work and plantings and some additional tree removals. We very highly recommend him and Arborpro.

William and the Arborpro team were nothing short of amazing. Very easy estimate process with incredible fair pricing. On top of that they knew what we needed almost without even asking. On the day of work they arrived right on time and worked a full day through to get the job done. 9 hours in summer and at the end our yard was so much more open and sunny. Our plants are much healthier as a result. I already have plans to work with them again in the future.

I've used Arbor Pro twice now, and both times they did an outstanding job removing two large trees, each over 100 ft tall. They took great care to ensure that my house, fence, and roof were not damaged, despite the trees being very close to them. I highly recommend their services. Additionally, their pricing was the most competitive compared to other quotes I received. They also made sure to clean up the property thoroughly after completing the job. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

They did show up but didn't follow instructions. I spoke at length w/ Chris who I've known for years. What I appreciate more than anything is his making an incorrect situation right. I have total respect for someone who will go out of their way to do the right thing. They returned this morning and did an excellent job pruning the branches over the house. I've been a customer for 15 years and didn't want to end the relationship. They're coming back next week to top a tree a pileated woodpecker made a mess of. Thank you. In the interim, Bartlett has continued to be the best arborist around and I highly recommend them, especially when there are some inferior ones in the area: Hutchison being one to steer clear of (very angry foreman).

Had this company come out to cut some branches from a tree and clean & cut some bushes. HORRIBLE Job. Bushes were uneven and they only cut a few branches off the tree.
Called them to ask them to cut more down since the tree need to come down some more. They were nice on the phone and claim they would come out to fix the problem. Never heard back from them. Even called and reached out to the shop and left voicemails on the representative phone and nothing. Once they take your money that’s it. Stay away.. there are other good complies in the area.

I went with Bartlett Tree Service because of their good reputation.They actually exceeded my expectations and my property looks amazing. Ryan O’Leary developed a Tree Trimming and Fertilizing plan and worked with my budget to make the project manageable. I’m thrilled with the results. The staff is both knowledgeable and professional and I know the job will be done correctly. The clean up was outstanding as well. I highly recommend and can understand why they have their fine reputation!

I had Bartlett Tree take down and over grown Eastern White Pine in the backyard that had limited access and was tight to the house. Ryan O'Leary and his team were awesome. I was very concerned about taking it down and Ryan was very reassuring and the job could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend Ryan and the team at Bartlett Tree Experts!!

Horrendous customer service - There was an accident on my property in February with the Bartlett crew crashing a remote-operated stump grinder into a series of mature arborvitae and damaging both the trees and a wood lattice fence surrounding my pool equipment (no one was injured, thankfully). At the time, my Bartlett representative indicated that they "put an accident report through…so everyone internally is aware of what happened" and that "some items will require an outside contractor that [he] will obviously take care of."

Six months later, there has been no material progress in remedying the damage to my property despite a written assurance that Bartlett "will absolutely replace and repair the items" that I had laid out explicitly via email following the incident. Given the reputation and national scale of Bartlett, I had assumed that the company would make things right but clearly that did not happen. I suppose each Bartlett franchisee approaches customer service differently, but I expected more from the Stamford CT head office. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I believe safety and customer service will be prioritized.

Will from Bartlett Tree is at our property often. He is so pleasant and works hard on keeping our shrubs and trees healthy. The entire Bartlett team including Scott Richardson are pleasant and dedicated to all they do. Kudos to everyone! And thank you!

Great company to work with. They have done several projects for me at various properties. The last one included removing several dead trees and safety pruning multiple trees and cabling. Several of the neighboring properties came over and asked if they would do some work on their trees as well.

Ryan and the crew were fantastic. From the first day when he came to evaluate what the problem was with the tree I was calling about, to diagnosing it and providing me with an array of options to address the issue. Unfortunately, my tree had to come down due to excessive rot. It was a tough job since they were not able to bring the truck with the bucket since the tree was in the middle of others and couldn't be reached. The crew that climbed the tree to cut it down in pieces and bring it down was very professional and careful with my property. They worked fast but safely and let my property perfectly clean of branches and debris.
I am planning on having Bartlett continue to take care of the trees in my property, hopefully needing to just maintaining them healthy!

Excellent tree removal with stump grinding at a very fair price with great clean up. Cannot tell there was ever a tree there. Highly recommend.

Called Huber for tree removal - he was prompt, price was fair and crew were very efficient, polite and courteous. Left the yard cleaner than when they arrived!

I used Skyview to remove some large trees from my property. Huber and his team worked quickly and did an excellent job. Also, the price was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking to have some trees removed.
