I highly recommend this company. I dealt directly with Jake the owner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost involved with my electrical problem was very fair. I will definitely call him again if I need any other electrical work to be done.

Great work by a local electrician. Fast, courteous, and professional. Highest recommendation possible. Installed an outdoor plug for my portable generator and fixed by fireplace blower in an afternoon.

Owner doesn't monitor or check up on his workers to ensure accurate work. Thankfully we recorded the hours of arrival and departure of the crew which differed by many hours that the crew reported to the owner. A one week job took over 12 weeks to complete in bits and pieces. Owner is friendly but somewhat naïve. I have had to make numerous corrections to the work that was done. Told the owner we wanted light almond receptacles/switches and they installed white. Left us a box of light almond receptacles and switches to change out ourselves. No itemized bill of materials charges so we don't know what we paid for. The crew would not use stud finders resulting in unnecessary holes in our walls. Owner did not show up for final inspection by town inspector. $19K+ job. Thought we would help out a young business owner by giving him our project...was a mistake, would not hire him again.

Jake put in a dryer outlet and ceiling fan and even alerted us to a cover being needed in the attic of our new home and he fixed it for us. Hes punctual, responds to texts, prices are reasonable, thorough and neat, very knowlegable and personable I will happily continue to use Jake as my electrician whom I can trust to get the job done.

After dealing with two other electricians who blew us off after promising to do the job, and trying unsuccessfully to get estimates from several others, I was lucky enough to find JRM Electric.
