Absolutely amazing company! The team is wonderful, and knows their stuff. If you have clogged pipes, or in need of plumbing upgrades, I highly recommend them.

Sump pump failed in our mud room which led to overflow into our downstairs living room. Chris picked up right away and got to us in a timely manner and handled our situation. Very professional! Thanks again Chris!

Chris was a life saver, of course the septic line is clogged on a Sunday! We started calling down the list of emergency plumbers and Chris picked up right away and came over, issue fixed and professional and excellent communication all along the way, highly recommend!!!!

Chris was the only plumber to answer my emergency call on a Saturday morning. Very helpful and polite. He was here within a few hours. Work was excellent. Definitely my first call next time.

Great service and very pleasant. Mike explained my options and gave accurate pricing.

I was in need of a plumber to replace a broken hot water heater that was up in the celling at our office in Terryville.
I reached out to Macary's through their website late in the day on a Wednesday and I was so surprised at how quickly they got right back to me.
Not only did they get right back to me they sent someone out the next morning to look at the job and the following day to replace the water heater.
Excellent and above and beyond service. I will defiantly be reaching out to them going forward for all our plumbing needs.
Thank you, Macary's for such great service.

Had a major clog in my house which resulted in sewage backing up and coming out of the downstairs toilet and shower. Called a local company and they came out and fixed it but insisted that my internal cast iron sewage pipes were crumbling and needed replacing to the tune of $20k. Called Chris and he came out the next day.
He descaled and hydro jetted all the pipes and said they should be good for many, many years. Saved me a bundle! As a bonus, he found and removed a piece of the other company's cutter which had broken off and they had just left in the sewage pipe. I would eagerly recommend Chris and his crew.

Chris answered the phone and answered all of my questions. He was a complete professional. We had an intermittent problem and Chris offered to put a camera down, that is what is he did on a Saturday. I'd highly recommend Macary's plumbing. Excellent experience.

Any time I’ve had an emergency or problem, they’ve always been extremely responsive and have talked through all the options with me. Lovely team as well.

This team did a great job today! It was an all day job replacing original cast iron pipes. Huge job and they did complete clean up. Professional and licensed too!

Chris and his team have done multiple projects at our office and home. He is professional, courteous, respectful, and a true master at his craft. I would highly recommend Macary’s Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumbing contractor. Five stars isn’t enough.

Macary's Plumbing did a great job on an emergency commercial repair. We would use them again.

Chris is the BEST! He's extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and just about every other positive adjective I can use! I highly recommend Macary's Plumbing to anyone looking for quality service and expertise.

Had a vanity installed. The guys we prompt and did a great job including great clean up. Highly recommend!

Called them on Friday for a leaky shower. Nicole and Chris were able to squeeze me the next day- Saturday. Chris is very professional. He answers your call, listens attentively, and gives out suggestions even before coming. He came on time and very easy to talk to. He explained what was happening, did a test, and fixed it in no time. I’m very happy we found a plumber who’s very reliable and will come when you need them. We appreciate your help Chris! And thank you Nicole for being friendly and accomodating.
If I can give 10 stars, I would :)

Chris went out of his way to give me a quote early on a weekend morning to repipe everything in the house downstream of the well pump. He was professional, punctual, and clear with the scope of work and estimated timeframe. Mike, the technician, did a great job; everything was top quality workmanship and the layout of hangers and valves was logical. Nicole, who I dealt with for scheduling and coordination was wonderful and worked with my schedule seamlessly.

All around a positive experience. Macary's is the only company I'll call again for plumbing services.
