Jacob did a fantastic job on flooring and landscaping on one of our commercial properties. Our property looks great and we highly recommend his company!

5 Stars. My back drive is now passable. Great deal on asphalt millings. Jacob is always available to discuss needs. The kind of business you want and can depend on.

Jake came to my shop, showed him the issue I had with my driveway and immediately knew how to solve my problem by putting up a beautiful fence. I was so impressed with his work ethic, I now have him plowing my properties.

Have known Jacob since he was a little boy and the way he operates his business is everything all business owners should strive for. Answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. Give him a call

I called Friday night about a load of mulch, gave measurements of the area I was covering and Grass Monkey told me how much I would need to achieve my goal. We determined I would need roughly 2 yards of black mulch and they delivered first thing Saturday morning, when it was dumped in the area and spread out i realized that they took care of my and gave me more than 2 yards for a great price! Would definitely recommend

This is the best lawn service I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few). He is an industrious young man who is building his business. He is reasonably priced, not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive by a long shot. I’ve had outrageous quotes from different services, unbelievably for about 20 min worth of work.
Grass monkey shows up when he’s supposed to. He cuts front and back, trims front and back, blows stray clippings off walk and drive, and blows the leaves off my deck. He avoided the freshly laid sod until it was established (a large patch in the back). We have just short of an acre, and he has not failed once.
Billing is easy, and he’s prompt with the bills which he uses a credit card on file. That may seem weird, but another company would “forget” several weeks, and I’d have to call them and bug them, but I’d still end up with 2, or three cuttings added to the next month. Another company refused to keep a card on file.
The final thing I’ll say is, we received a box with a Christmas gift, and a thank you note for customer loyalty. All I can say is, he does a great job, no complaints, and hiring him is a no brainer.

Saw the ad for GrassMonkey Landscaping in the local Shoppers Guide. Jacob was very prompt in getting back to me and knew exactly what the best course of action was for my driveway drainage problems. He is professional and reliable and his estimate was reasonable. Well worth the work he does!

Let me tell you how happy I am that I decided to hire Grass Monkey Landscaping for the lawn project at my home. The owner, Jacob Ireland listened intently when I described my vision of how I saw my property once the job was completed. He detailed a plan and provided me with a quote and continued to keep me apprised all through the work through completion. He was extremely attentive and communicated during the project. He was priced right compared to the other companies I contacted; not the cheapest but, not the most expensive either. I believe in the old adage that "you get what you pay for". I know I got my money's worth especially when I admire the completed project. Give him a call for your next job and you won't be disappointed.

Jacob and his team did a great job caring for our lawn this summer. Highly recommend them for your lawn and landscaping needs!
