Electrical reviews in Torrington, Connecticut

At first they showed on time and did a great job. But trying to get them to come back and complete the job was very laborious. Would not return phone calls. We eventually stopped in their office to explain what we needed. I would not use them again in
the future. It appears there are more a commercial electrical contractor and don’t have the customer skills needed with homeowners. I’ve since hired Maple Electric and like their work.

Great job, fast, professional, not expensive

Recently had Hayden and Josh out to the house to install a circuit for the central air. They arrived on time, we’re polite and professional, and did an excellent job running the wire, installing the switch and cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Walker Electric to anyone needing their services.

I would highly recommend this company

I’ll always go to Walker Electrical with all my electrical needs! A wonderful group of guys that make sure the job is done right and on time!

Exceptional service by both Austin and his employees. Highly recommend.

Apparently the guy told us he would call us by the end of the week that was several weeks ago never called. That was not professional I have a 82 elderly mother here.

Great communication, prompt service, and the team was kind enough to add an additional task to their list on the fly.

Showed up on time, came in under budget, and did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend!!

Austin & company are always extremely professional, quick and accurate with their work, and are more than willing to help out should other issues arise after the fact.

Austin was very professional and did outstanding work, would highly recommend him for any job!

Great group of guys to work with. They deliver quality work and communicate with you extremely well. I have used them on a few projects at my house and couldn’t be happier. They are definitely my go to for electrical work.

The whole process to from start to finish was very smooth and well coordinated. Easy to work around my schedule and explained everything very well every step of the way. I have used them before and definitely will again!!

Astin was awesome to work with. Very professional, showed up when he said he would and completed the job within the quoted price for a new service installation. We are a local non-profit and look forward to working with them again.

These guys are a real class act! They came out shortly before Christmas when we thought we had a faulty outlet and wouldn’t be able to display any lights this year. They did a thorough inspection and told us we needed to turn on a light switch. We felt like idiots but they were very nice about it and didn’t charge us anything!
