House Cleaning reviews in Torrington, Connecticut

I reached out to Northwest Cleaning to do a deep clean after moving into a new home. The two girls who worked on my house were extremely thorough and very nice. I am very happy with the way everything looked when they were finished. I will use them again.

I highly recommend Northwest Cleaning LLC to anyone who wants their house cleaned by capable, caring and honest people. I have been their client for more than a year now, and am extremely happy with them. The cleaners buff my house to a high gloss. They are scrupulously honest; thus I can leave the house without worrying about a thing. They arrive on time and take good care with my home. Hire them! You will not be disappointed.

I have used Northwest Cleaning 5 years. I used them prior to selling my last home and they kept it clean and sparkling for me while I was trying to sell my home. I am so impressed by the service that I asked them to continue their services for me in my current home. They do a great job. They are reliable and dependable. And I love coming home to a clean home by them. I would recommend them highly.

Clara and Mel have been here a few times, now, and I'm very impressed with their work! Their attention to detail is great, and they work well together, double-checking everything to make sure they've done the best job they can. Thank you!

I have had Northwest Cleaning clean my house twice now, and I am very impressed with them. Lauren and Jen are friendly, professional and leave the house spotless! They always wear masks and are fantastic at disinfecting. I signed up for monthly deep cleaning and I recommend this service to anyone who needs a little help around the house.

The housekeepers came by on time and did a deep clean of our new house so it was move-I’m ready! The house was sparkling after they left to the point i didn’t want to walk around and make it dirty! I would definitely recommend them. Prices were fair, and they still went above and beyond!

Kevin and his team were very responsive and well priced. I liked having the consultation prior to the first cleaning to explain what we were looking to have done. The team showed up on time (with a text to let me know they were on the way) and did a thorough job. Will definitely work with Northwest Cleaning again!

They did a very good job despite it being a very old house. They worked all day.

I am very pleased with the job Northwest cleaning did for me. Jennifer was very thorough, and efficient and didn’t mind working around my dogs. I look forward to her coming back. Nothing beats coming home to your entire house sparkling!

Posting this for my wife. Just had the deep clean service and very happy with the results. Anna and Heidy were awesome! They never stopped moving and went well over the time we were charged for to make sure it was done correctly. We appreciate the good work and will use them in the future. Thank you

We have been using Northwest Cleaning LLC for 3+ years. We are always pleased with their services. Their employees are attentive to detail and always pleasant and professional. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so going forward.

I needed deep cleaning service stat. Northwest came out immediately to provide an estimate, which was very fair given the amount of work that needed to be done. The service was scheduled quickly and the crew (2 people) arrived right on time. They did a fantastic, thorough and very professional job. Were courteous, kind and polite. Maintained a great attitude throughout a very challenging job. It was a long day. Will definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure walking into my vacation condo after a year long absence. I had neglected to have someone come in to clean after we left last September. The crew from Northwest Cleaners did a wonderful, thorough job of cleaning everything from top to bottom. I could relax and enjoy! Thanks!

Amazing-- first time using a house cleaning service, started with the spring deep clean and are SO happy with the results. Our schedules are busy and we've resisted doing this for a long time out of guilt, feeling like we should do this ourselves, but my husband and I are so pleased we can't say enough about this wonderful company. The team did a superb job and we are so pleased we are signing up for a standing visit every 2 weeks. The work is outstanding and the pricing very fair, and the owner has been wonderful to work with, scheduling a visit to talk about different services and provide a number of estimates- so happy we found Northwest Cleaning!

We had the pleasure of having Northwest Cleaning work for us after having rented out our condo for 2.5 months.
The cleaning was excellent - fridge/drawers/pantry/floors were all in as good condition as when we left it.
They were very communicative on when they would arrive - what work they did and what issues they had.

Northwest Cleaning LLC did a tremendous job “Deep Cleaning” my home today. Their attention to detail is top notch and quality of work is phenomenal. They were very professional and have a lot of pride in what they do. I will definitely utilize their services in the near future and I highly recommend others to do the same. If you are a new client like myself their onboarding process is very easy and they communicate to the highest degree of accuracy. Thanks to Samantha and her teammate today for exceptional service.

I have had a great experience with Northwest Cleaning LLC! They are very communicative, prompt, and left my house looking extremely clean after they were done. I will certainly use them again.

After a year of renovations, our house was desperate for a deep clean. Kevin and the folks at Northwest were quick to respond, beyond thorough, and all super nice! We’re now on a repeating clean and I can’t recommend it enough. Maria is SO wonderful, and takes such care of our home. Everyone, though, has been friendly, professional, and so thorough. After years of many different cleaning services, in many different places, it is a relief to have found a group of people that are as kind as they are fantastic at their job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Quality service. Prices are bit high, but they do a good job. Had to rush cleaning to get as much done possible - we moved and took lighting out of house so got too dark to clean. The two cleaners were awesome and professional. Good (not great) communication - takes a day or more for an email reply and when your moving that is a long time.... But it is good. I would recommend Northwest Cleaning.

I expressed to Kevin that I was looking to not spend over $200 on a cleaning job for a small studio apartment after comparing the price of a competing company. Kevin assured me the job will take about 3 hrs at $60 per hour. After 9 hours of cleaning the bill was $542 and the place was left with soap stains, an unclean toilet, and neglected cabinet surfaces. They sent the cleaner a second time…12 hours total of cleaning at this point (what happened to the 3 hour estimation?) and the space was still not throughly cleaned. Kevin says and I quote “We’re confident that the apartment was left in good condition.”
Just go with the competitor, at Northwest Cleaning company the customer is not valued and will be taken advantage of/mislead.

The women who came to clean my house were super efficient and worked well together. Kevin came through last minute for me ( I was moving and needed help) and was able to fit me in after a cancelation. They were quick and thorough. I'd use them again for sure.
