Landscaping reviews in Torrington, Connecticut

James and his team do amazing work and are always on time! I would recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping services

James and his crew are always professional and reliable. Our experience from start to finish was truly amazing and surpassed all expectations.

I highly recommend innovative lawn and landscape! We are repeat customers and have loved the outcome of the work they’ve done at our house! They are professional, thorough, and provide quality to the work they do.

This past August James and his crew came to my home and transformed my front walkway/retaining wall. Through the hot weather and all they delivered on a result that was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier and will be calling for their services in the future.

James and team transformed my property from a jungle with vines and thorn bushes everywhere to a nicely wooded yard. Now I have so much more usable area. I am looking forward to having them back to continue to open up my property to make it all beautiful.

James and his crew at Innovative just wrapped up demo, fill and compacting for a patio at the front of my house. They competed the work to the highest quality, were ahead of schedule and even had to pivot and remedy a drain pipe issue. James is super responsive, clear and timely....this is hugely appreciated! Thank you!

Great, hardworking company. I’m extremely pleased with the work completed in my yard. I was especially impressed with the time James took fully understand what I needed and create a plan promptly. Will absolutely do business with them again.

Innovative Lawn & Landscape has been servicing our property since our inception: landscaping, excavation, hardscaping; they've done it all! They do a phenomenal job every single time.

James, Austin, and the rest of the crew are top-notch - honest, reliable, and dedicated to doing the best job possible. If you're looking for a local company that operates with integrity, look no further than Innovative.

I decided to order firewood this year from Innovative, and I’m so glad that I did. Pricing was very fair, delivery was prompt, and I received the correct cordage, plus a little extra. What has really blown me away is the quality of the wood. The pieces are clearly hand split, and they stack very easily. I haven’t had a single piece not fit in my wood box. I will definitely be buying all of my wood from Innovative from here on out.

James and his entire crew were extremely communicative, punctual, and professional. I had part of a hill dug out to extend a driveway and install a retaining wall. The product quality and the quality of work were both top-notch. I plan on using them again and highly recommend them for any outdoor project!

James and his crew are very professional and quality driven. Installed a patio in my backyard and very impressed with their work. Will always recommend. Thank you INNOVATIVE!

We had a fox problem making their den in our side yard by digging a tunnel to our patio by our pool. When it rained heavily, the ground in our back yard collapsed and made our patio unstable. James and his crew came in and filled in and leveled our back yard and placed rip rap on the side yard to prevent foxes from doing this again. Also we had a large overgrown flower garden in front of our house with bushes and James and his crew came in and leveled the front and gave us our yard back. They were professional and very prompt. We are extremely happy with the work and would call James in the future for any projects we would need around our property.

James and his team did a fantastic job installing a new patio in our backyard. I appreciated that he took the time to explain pros and cons of different approaches to our yard during the design and build phases. He was flexible in his approach to the work and came up with a clever solution to help frame and support some steps we needed to install down to the patio. We were so happy with the work they did that we cornered him on his way out and asked him to quote us another project we have in mind for next year. We can't wait to see how that turns out too!

James and his crew were amazing to work with. They were always professional and communicated with me through the whole process. James would answer all my questions and would have options on what you can do... Will definitely be using them again for my next project... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Being repeat customer I leave this review with great pleasure. I just had the crew from Innovative Lawn & Landscape LLC perform a backyard transformation on my property and they did an amazing job. The professionalism of the crew that was here was outstanding. They turned my run down yard into a masterpiece. And to top it off the crew would not leave my property until I was satisfied with the work they did as well as the cleanup efforts. That says alot about this company, GREAT WORK GUYS! They come highly I mean highly recommended can't wait for the third project ideas.

James and his team are spectacular. They are very professional, responsive, highly communicative, friendly, and I would recommend them for projects large and small. Their work is awesome, we had a front walkway put in which is picture perfect, our yard leveled, top-soiled, Harley raked and hydroseeded in both the front and back, it was a very large project. His staff is polite and great to work with, I have two small children who wanted to watch the whole process, he and his guys, were waving, smiling high fiving my kids throughout the day which is the personal touch I look for. It is clear that he takes pride in all projects from start to finish.

**Wanted to Add we just completed a second major project with these folks two years later I could be happier. Our house has truly transformed with the help of James and his team.

Owner takes tremendous pride in the companies work, appearance and outcome both short and long term.

James is an ambitious individual with the tenacity to always deliver for his clients.

Big or small job this company is worth a call.

We recently used Innovative Lawn and Landscape for some tree removal needed at our home. The first words that come to mind to describe our experience with Innovative are skillful, efficient, and professional. During our consultation with Innovative, we found the owner to be an excellent communicator. He gave us helpful feedback about the work we needed and we felt very confident using their services. On the day of our service, Innovative arrived on time and with a knowledgeable, experienced crew. As they worked on our tree removal project, we were continuously impressed by their expertise and precision. At no point were we worried about damage to our property or any safety concerns. Every aspect of this job was done with the utmost care and handling ensuring safety and a thorough job. Innovative’s crew did a remarkable job with clean up afterwards as well, cleaning up our driveway and yard, and even laying down seed and hay in areas that needed it. To say we are impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism we received is an understatement. Innovative is an outstanding company in our area and we would not hesitate to use their services in the future. We highly recommend contacting Innovative for your lawn and landscape needs.

Very punctual and professional, got the job done,no nonsense, good operation 👍

We had some work done by James and his crew. Work completed in a timely manner and the team cleaned up the entire area. Very professional and we are very pleased with the work.
Thank you

Two years ago, as I was searching for new mowing/plowing services, multiple companies refused the job, due to the pitch of my long, steep driveway. But then I found Innovative Lawn. Owner Jim Doyle came out the following day to take a look, and said his company could handle it. That was 2 winters ago. He and his crew, who also handle my lawn care, are the text book definition of top shelf service. Professional and competent on all levels, they keep my driveway safe and passable ALL WINTER!! They handle all winter weather conditions like the pros that they are. A recent ice storm left everyone’s driveway a sheet of ice the following morning. Jim had it cleared and safe to drive on by early afternoon. They do a similar stellar job with the lawn care as well. I couldn’t appreciate them more, and recommend them without hesitation! These guys ROCK! 😀👍❤️
