They did a very good job. My house wasn't super dirty but they clean things I didn't think could be cleaned. The bathroom and oven came out spotless. I'm very happy with the service and I'm going to have them come back and give me a quote on my garage. And they will clean my house once a month from now on. Smells so fresh in my house now.

Absolutely incredible attention to detail. Bar none the best cleaning service we've used and also that I can imagine. I mean, they left us an orchid with a kind note in the kitchen! Laura and her husband did an amazing job! They were flexible and accommodated my schedule.

We will definitely be using her moving forward after this first cleaning. Our previous cleaners left the house smelling like bleach and we loved that Platinum Cleaning Service did not leave behind any strong chemical odors.

Even more, we had this one spot in our upstairs bathroom sink that we thought was a permanent stain but they were able to get it out without us even mentioning it.

This service is WONDERFUL! I finally got my house in shape enough to hire cleaners (I'm a terrible housekeeper), and The Cleaning Authority impressed me with their prompt and professional reply to my query. We did a phone estimate, then the team came out to give my house a primary deep clean before continuing on a rotation through the rooms. Every time I come home after a cleaning, I am impressed and so happy to come home to a clean house! My team this week was April, Micai, and Taylor, and they did a fantastic job. Ashley, one of the managers, is very attentive and calls me if there's anything I need to know. Love this company & especially the workers! I hope to keep employing them for years to come.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for many months now and have had them perform deep cleaning prior to show and sale of our previous house. They have always performed very detailed and thorough service. It has been great working consistently with Amber and Rose the past few months. While being highly professional in their service, we have also developed trust through getting to know each other. They have continually shown a care for our family. Their service has been highly efficient, often taking much less time than I’d think and yet the level of cleanliness continues to always be exceptional. An added consideration is that I work from home. Amber and Rose make sure that our work activities don’t impact each other, making my morning seamless.

We have had Cleaning Authority for several years now and are very happy with them. It is from the answering service, the owners and especially Amber & Rose. Rose & Amber are exceptional for their cleaning, their friendliness and their professionalism! They seem like part of the family! They are flexible and respectful when we have a houseful or have our grandsons during our cleaning! Our dog loves to see them and gets so happy and excited because they treat her so wonderfully too!
