Reviews of local pros in Vernon, Connecticut

Absolutely incredible attention to detail. Bar none the best cleaning service we've used and also that I can imagine. I mean, they left us an orchid with a kind note in the kitchen! Everything is utterly spotless and impeccably organized with thought, care, and a keen eye for aesthetics. We walked around our apartment in complete awe. We will 100% work with Laura and crew again and recommend to anyone and everyone!

Thank you very much to your company for the good job and excellent service you provide to us. the last few days you have cleaned my house as professionalism company with high standards , trust and commitment .I would like to work with you again. Once again I really appreciate it. God bless you

The team at Platinum Cleaning is professional, reliable, and detail oriented! So glad to have found them. They also add nice details like fancy folds to towels and blankets, it’s a thoughtful embellishment and it is a reflection of their quality workmanship. A+++

Laura and her husband did an amazing job! They were flexible and accommodated my schedule.

We will definitely be using her moving forward after this first cleaning. Our previous cleaners left the house smelling like bleach and we loved that Platinum Cleaning Service did not leave behind any strong chemical odors.

Even more, we had this one spot in our upstairs bathroom sink that we thought was a permanent stain but they were able to get it out without us even mentioning it.

Highly recommend!

This service is WONDERFUL! I finally got my house in shape enough to hire cleaners (I'm a terrible housekeeper), and The Cleaning Authority impressed me with their prompt and professional reply to my query. We did a phone estimate, then the team came out to give my house a primary deep clean before continuing on a rotation through the rooms. Every time I come home after a cleaning, I am impressed and so happy to come home to a clean house! My team this week was April, Micai, and Taylor, and they did a fantastic job. Ashley, one of the managers, is very attentive and calls me if there's anything I need to know. Love this company & especially the workers! I hope to keep employing them for years to come.

The Cleaning Authority does a fantastic job. They come in every other week and leave the house looking beautiful. I can't recommend them enough.
And special thanks to Renee, Dylan, and Emma!

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for many months now and have had them perform deep cleaning prior to show and sale of our previous house. They have always performed very detailed and thorough service. It has been great working consistently with Amber and Rose the past few months. While being highly professional in their service, we have also developed trust through getting to know each other. They have continually shown a care for our family. Their service has been highly efficient, often taking much less time than I’d think and yet the level of cleanliness continues to always be exceptional. An added consideration is that I work from home. Amber and Rose make sure that our work activities don’t impact each other, making my morning seamless.

I have had Cierra and Sam of Cleaning Authority cleaning my house for several months. They do a very thorough job. Every area is very clean when they leave. Would highly recommend this team!

We have had Cleaning Authority for several years now and are very happy with them. It is from the answering service, the owners and especially Amber & Rose. Rose & Amber are exceptional for their cleaning, their friendliness and their professionalism! They seem like part of the family! They are flexible and respectful when we have a houseful or have our grandsons during our cleaning! Our dog loves to see them and gets so happy and excited because they treat her so wonderfully too!
My schedule for my grandsons recently changed and I will do everything to have Rose & Amber do our cleanings! Thank you both so much for all your hard work, loyalty, friendliness and professionalism! We appreciate you all the time but especially letting you know for Employee Appreciation month!!!

This was our first time having our home cleaned professionally and it was worth every penny. Staff was communicative from beginning to end about the process. Brianna and Miranda did such a great job-- we will definitely be using them again. From getting our quote and scheduling service to Brianna and Miranda's work-- top-notch customer service. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

June, 2025, Renee and Haley just left, after a thorough cleaning. As always, cheerful and laughing. They are wonderful.

2024 I am especially impressed with the team led by Renee. They are always practical, cheerful and a pleasure to have in our home. Once again Renee and Victoria did a terrific job.

The Cleaning Authority had great availability for me! Was able to get a quote, paid my deposit. Had the excellent service of Renee and Izzy ! The Ladies were on time with smiles on a Monday ready to go! This was a clean out for a new house. Now the new renters will have a sparkling clean home to move into ! Thank you Renee and Izzy ! (Thanks for the cleaning tip for stainless!)

Libby and Jason cleaned our house yesterday and it looks fantastic!! It looks brand new! It has never been cleaner and I’m very very pleased. I am sincerely blown away by the job they did. Thank you Libby and Jason

I could not be more pleased with this company. Scheduling is easy, and management and employees are incredibly accommodating and professional. Ashley has gone above and beyond in making me feel like a valued customer.

The cleaning crew for my home (Samantha and Marcus) are detail-oriented and do a WONDERFUL job cleaning. I like the rotating schedule where each clean, the whole house is cleaned and a specific area/room is given extra attention. This really works to keep my home clean. And I love the app! This company is reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Yasmine and Jessica are amazing! They do Ana above and beyond job every time. My dog loves to follow them around and they are so patient with her. We request them every time! Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend this marvelous cleaning service. We've had them for years. They're simply the best. The staff is friendly and they leave the house sparkling. This week Tessa and Taylor came and they did an outstanding job. The whole crew is wonderful and we've met many of the employees, saw them get trained on the job, and they all have high standards, paying attention to detail, and we are always pleased with their work. Brianna, Angelique, Noah, plus others have passed through our doors and they've all been excellent. 5 star service all the way!

A great cleaning service. Always on time. App is a nice addition. None of this really matters though except for the cleanliness. Our normal crew, Jessica and Ashley, are our preferred team (really no comparison). Everything is the way we like it and they know our routine. Cleaning Authority tries to keep you with the same crew, but will adapt if need be. Never had a problem, love the way they do business.

I've used The Cleaning Authority for about a year now and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaners in the area. The teams are friendly, efficient, and leave my home looking its absolute best. Especially the hardwood floors! The communication and reliability are top notch. While every team deserves kudos, Jayson and Ashley are two of the best!

We’ve had great service from the Cleaning Authority over the past year+. They’re thorough, flexible, and respectful of our pets. Thank you Cierra and Sam for a spotless clean!

It's my first time requesting a cleaning services company for bathroom and kitchen cleaning in my apartment. I truly appreciate Ty & Jayson from The Cleaning Authority for their excellent service. It took them 2 hours to do the cleaning. Thanks for making my space shine.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority out of Vernon for over a year now, and I am so thankful for them. The app is easy to use, but the office staff is also extremely communicative and pleasant via email and phone. They are able to accommodate schedule changes well, which is critical for my family.
More than anything, the team that does our home is amazing! Krissy, Dyean, and Sadie spend so much time and attention in our home. We have a German Shepherd, young kids, and a very active lifestyle that often leaves our house a mess. I feel so fortunate to have them helping keep our house so clean and organized. It is a huge weight off my shoulders as a working mom. Thank you so much!
