Tree reviews in Vernon, Connecticut

This review is for work done on my property and work done for my daughter and son-in-law, who live next door.
We recently hired DC Tree LLC to cut down several trees on our property. We live in a heavily wooded area, and we regularly have to remove trees that are diseased, dead, or have become dangerous for various reasons. DC Tree did some work for me, and my son-in-law was impressed with Daelon immediately. Each time, he came to give a quote, we agreed on a price, and we were pleased that he listened to what we wanted done, was not pushy, and did not try to oversell his services. The owner and crew were all personable and professional throughout the entire day they spent working at our homes. It was clear he and his crew were experienced with tree work. They took all safety precautions while climbing, cutting, chipping, and moving the logs while always remaining aware of their surroundings and co-workers. The team worked hard for several hours, and when each job was finished, the yard was cleaned up with no debris left. They used a blower to clean the driveway and surrounding area where they were cutting. They are considerate of neighbors’ homes and property, as well. When working at my home, they had to cut a tree on our property line. They made sure no debris landed on our neighbor’s property and did extra cleanup for her. I would highly recommend DC Tree for expertise, experience, pricing, professionalism, and respect of the customer and property.

DCTree Service is a great company. They took down 4 very tall pine trees. They did a great job. Clean up was perfect. You would not even know they were there.

Great job guys.

We hired DC Tree Service to trim an overgrown tree. Daelon and his crew regularly kept standing back and assessing what needed to be done before proceeding to the next step. He asked us to come outside several times and explained what he was doing, asked if we were satisfied, and if we had any input. He is very detail oriented, professional, and strives for customer satisfaction. The tree came out beautifully and the yard was completely cleaned up. I tend toward being slightly OCD, and am beyond pleased.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DC TREE!!! Small company HUGE RESULTS!!! From start to final cleanup I Couldn’t be anymore impressed with the quality of work from DC Tree!!! I had a huge tree that was not only storm damaged but old and falling apart, typically I do almost all of my own work but needed a professional tree company to take the tree down. DC Tree was able to take down the tree while avoiding any damage to my septic system leeching field and neighbors house or property. Not only were they able to avoid any damage but they had the tree down in no time and that’s because they DEFINITELY know what they’re doing!!!

These guys are great! After a recent storm, a huge oak tree came down across our driveway blocking us in. Daelon and his crew were on another job but I was able to send him video of the downed tree. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and as soon as he could, he freed up a worker, and sent him over to start cutting up the downed tree. Within a couple of hours of discovering the tree blocking our driveway, it was cleared and we could leave the house as necessary. Daelon and his crew then cleaned up the area and removed all the branches and tree trunks. Excellent workers and reliable service. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend DC Tree LLC for professional tree work. Daelon was punctual in responding to our request, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the job in an expedient manner. We have an old maple tree that, unfortunately, is dying from the top down in our back yard, but we are not ready to cut it down because the lower limbs shade our patio. Daelon was honest with us about the prognosis for the tree, but was happy to do the job that we asked, climbing and removing 3 large sections at the top and removing the debris. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and reliable!

We hired DC Tree to remove multiple large trees in our backyard. They had it all done within a day and provided excellent service to us! Will definitely be calling them back to take more down in the future!

We recently hired DC Tree to remove a large oak tree, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Daelon, the owner (and a neighbor!), was fantastic to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our property. The entire process went smoothly, and the cleanup afterward was thorough — you would hardly know such a big project had taken place! We highly recommend DC Tree for anyone needing tree services.
