Brother’s Tree Service did a fantastic job! They safely removed a dead medium-sized tree from our front yard, planted a beautiful new one in its place, and also pruned a large tree in our backyard. The team was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything looking great. Highly recommend their work!

I called with an emergency-a pine that fell into my dog run with the three dogs trapped and no way out. They came promptly and within 2 hours was completed. Cleaned up and you would never of known that they were here. However, after I looked closely at their bill,they charged $100.00 for 4 photos taken on a iPhone for the insurance billing. Come on really?. $2400.00 for this branch ?

After clearing the snow prior to the arrival of my firewood, the driver backed through the cleared ground and dumped the wood in the snow. The wood itself is semi-seasoned, it does burn, but takes forever to light. Joe, one of the owners, contacted me and graciously came to my house and made a gift of several of his products to compensate me for my complaint. I was impressed enough to hire him to take a tree down which his leaning precariously toward my roof.

I cannot speak for their work.
However, I was quoted $3500 to remove a single tree. I am not an arborist, but when I received this quote I was a little taken aback. I know tree work is expensive but that price is just ridiculous, and a little insulting.
So I called two other fully licensed, reputable arborist in the Waterbury area and was quoted $1600 and $1800 consecutively for the exact same job. Brother's Tree Service may have excellent reviews, but I'm not entirely sure why they would attempt to charge me almost twice as much as their competitors.
Needless to say I will not be using Brother's Tree Service, nor recommending them to anyone.

I asked them for an estimate. It was 5 times what 2 other tree services wanted. They keep sending me proposals. I told them I hired another firm. I asked them three times to stop sending me proposals. They just keep harassing me with e-mail proposals.

Not quite sure what all the good reviews are about. We had Brother's Tree Service come out to do an estimate. The estimate included a bunch of unnecessary things and the price was astronomical. Also, whoever came out barely walked the property. I was not the one who communicated with whomever on the phone but I was told they were very rude and refused to come out and do an estimate in the evening or on the weekend which is ridiculous for any tree or landscape company.

This company parked in front of my driveway for 6+ hours, preventing me from using my driveway. Why use a company with such high disrespect for property owners?
