Tree reviews in Watertown, Connecticut

Brothers Tree did an excellent job in removing the tree that destroyed my yard and roof. They cleaned up everything as if nothing had happened. Super fast and professional.

My 2nd 1 ton skid of bio bricks delivered this winter. Just like the 1st time, the entire Brothers staff was awesome, friendly and professional, delivered on time and placed inside garage exactly where I asked.
Thanks again Brothers

Brother's tree service is the best! They supply all my heating wood. They are always on time, helpful, willing to work with me and a great value.

The guys came out yesterday and cut a bunch of limbs from my Maple tree that were hanging over my house. They were very friendly and did an amazing job on my tree. They went above and beyond on the clean up! 😊 Thank you all very much!

Another great experience with Brother’s Tree Service. This is the third time I’ve done business with them and every time they have been prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

Guys, once again thanks for for helping me out with my Sugar Maple. Your prompt service and very reasonable prices are notable. When the job was done I couldn't help to notice how spotless your clean-up was!

I asked them for an estimate. It was 5 times what 2 other tree services wanted. They keep sending me proposals. I told them I hired another firm. I asked them three times to stop sending me proposals. They just keep harassing me with e-mail proposals.

Brothers' Tree Service was very friendly and knowledgable about my problem. I was impressed with their care and clean up when the job was finished. I would use them again for other tree needs.

After clearing the snow prior to the arrival of my firewood, the driver backed through the cleared ground and dumped the wood in the snow. The wood itself is semi-seasoned, it does burn, but takes forever to light. Joe, one of the owners, contacted me and graciously came to my house and made a gift of several of his products to compensate me for my complaint. I was impressed enough to hire him to take a tree down which his leaning precariously toward my roof.

A very good price; a fantastic and thorough job on a small lot with four 120 foot trees to be removed. Very professional . The clean up was also fantastic. Friendly and very well organized. Very quick work. Will never go anywhere else

Thank you for the exceptional service. Your professionalism from
the quoting to the clean up was remarkable. The trees look great!
We will recommend Brother's Tree Service to anyone who is interested.

Brothers is always professional and prompt. They get the job done right, safely, and leave the place cleaner than they found it. The best tree company around!

When a storm came through I needed a large limb removed from my property. After calling, they were there the next day. Took the limb away and cleaned the area like it never happened. They are reliable and professional.

The crew members were very professional and neat. They completed the work in a timely fashion. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I would recommend Brothers again. Very satisfied with their work.

We hired them to prune a couple of relatively large trees in our back yard and all I can say is mission accomplished. They do good, efficient work at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend giving these guys a call.

Brothers provides awesome and fairly priced tree service and fireplace wood. Love the photos sent as projects are completed when I am at work. Customer service is exceptional and no call seems too small🌲. I am a repeat customer.

Brothers' took down a large aging tree right next to our house, ground down the stump, added topsoil, moved some of the limbs we wanted to keep to the place we wished them to be and then cleaned up, seeded and hayed. You would never know they were here! Clear communication, prompt service and professional crew. Thanks!

I cannot speak for their work.
However, I was quoted $3500 to remove a single tree. I am not an arborist, but when I received this quote I was a little taken aback. I know tree work is expensive but that price is just ridiculous, and a little insulting.
So I called two other fully licensed, reputable arborist in the Waterbury area and was quoted $1600 and $1800 consecutively for the exact same job. Brother's Tree Service may have excellent reviews, but I'm not entirely sure why they would attempt to charge me almost twice as much as their competitors.
Needless to say I will not be using Brother's Tree Service, nor recommending them to anyone.

Not quite sure what all the good reviews are about. We had Brother's Tree Service come out to do an estimate. The estimate included a bunch of unnecessary things and the price was astronomical. Also, whoever came out barely walked the property. I was not the one who communicated with whomever on the phone but I was told they were very rude and refused to come out and do an estimate in the evening or on the weekend which is ridiculous for any tree or landscape company.

Brothers has installed and maintained our XMAS lights on two very large Spruce trees for several years now. Outstanding job. They look great and bring alot of joy to not only our neighborhood in Farmington, but to the many passers by. Thanks Brothers!

I am so thankful for this Company very reliable fast and clean service. I had huge Atlantis trees that was a constant nightmare to the front of my house and thanks to Joe and Brian I am loving the new look to my home I would recommend you guys to anyone I am a very happy customer
