I’m starting this off by saying it has been hard to find a high quality cleaner in this area— we’ve tried a few different companies.

As I understand it, Two Maids is under new management since December of 2023. Prior to that, our Two Maids house cleanings were of inconsistent quality— some things were left undone, I think because “Two Maids” only sent one cleaner who was stressed trying to get everything done in time. We stuck it out for one more cleaning (because finding another cleaner takes time) and we were truly pleasantly surprised. Our new cleaners, Marilyn and Jannely, got the whole house spic and span in just a few hours. Surfaces were cleaned even when the cleaners had to pick up things to wipe up underneath, things like blankets and books were tidied in a logical way, and we really didn’t find a single thing wrong. I’ve asked for these specific cleaners to return and I have high hopes for future cleanings.

So at this point, it’s five stars! Well done.

I asked Two Maids to perform a Design by Time cleaning, asking for my house to be swept and mopped (it's all wood floors, tile and linoleum). I work 2 jobs and have 2 little boys, 2 cats, a dog, plus a husband, so the floors needed some care. The PHCs did a great job with the floors. Plus they dusted, cleaned the entire bathroom, wiped down the kitchen counters, and cleaned the microwave. They still finished a half hour early and asked if there was anything else they could do. Finishing early, Jill deducted from the cost, which was also an appreciated bonus. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend Two Maids.

Cleaners are thorough and attentive. Owner Teresa worked with me to accommodate special requests on types of cleaning agents (low or no scent) and the scheduling is so easy and they are prompt. I am very pleased with the service.

We had our house cleaned today by Lisa and Claire and we were very satisfied with their professionalism and hard work. Great job ladies! We will definitely be using Two Maids and a Mop on a monthly basis! See you soon!

We had missing shingles after a storm—this team was fast, honest, and affordable. Highly recommend!

Not a single thing was cleaned, they where an hour and a half late and no one will answer my emails or phone calls about a refund because not a thing was cleaned I’m livid and I was vary patient with them it’s been 3 weeks no response or refund. They more or less stole 200$ from me.

My apartment recently got covered in dust from the hvac system and covered every surface of my 900 sq ft apartment. Once I confirmed it was safe and nothing harmful I was totally overwhelmed with the cleaning process. I found two maids online on Sunday and my apartment was cleaned in 3 hours for deep clean on Tuesday. What a relief I feel having a clean home again. Thank you for saving my sanity. I plan on scheduling a deep clean monthly to maintain the work done today.

We had Marilyn come do a cleaning, and she was wonderful! She had great attention to detail, super friendly and personable, and even left a cute flower design when folding items. I am very glad I decided to choose Two Maids!

I have recieved services from this business 2times and have been very happy with the work they have performed. I felt safe having them come to my home and i felt they did an awesome job in each room. I love that they use natural products as we have kids and babies here to keep safe. I look forward to coming home after a cleaning to a fresh place.

My first time using a cleaning service as I moved into a new place and for nearly $400 I was so disappointed. It didn’t look like they cleaned anything honestly - maybe a couple window blinds were half done and some areas swept. Baseboards were still not cleaned. 75% of the blinds weren’t really done. Freezer and cabinets weren’t wiped. Bathroom looked like it wasn’t touched. I reached out immediately with photos and a woman came 3 days later “to finish” what wasn’t done. Even she commented that it appeared my blinds and freezer and cabinets hadn’t been done at all by the original team and chalked it up to - “they didn’t have their step stool” even though they didn’t communicate any hindrance and still charged me full. When the woman came back days later, she did one room effectively and some blinds and then left. So I had spot cleaning done for $400 and am left with little money and still cleaning most of this place myself. If you’ve had a good experience with this company - more power to you! But I cannot recommend them. I’m glad someone came for free “to finish” the original job but they shouldn’t have needed to, and even after 2 visits, my home still didn’t feel clean and I can still point to cob webs and areas untouched.

Can’t say enough about the company and the service and Sarah! Not only did she do a really great job, I felt so comfortable having her in my home! Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. She loves dogs just as we do and was great around my Chloe. I have been looking for so long for a good service and could not be happier.

Had my home cleaned today. I was scheduled for a "Deep" cleaning. I have company coming in tomorrow from out of town and I just had no time to do all the extras. I scheduled the services which was a relatively easy process as it was able to be set up over text. I came home today to find that the list I asked to be completed was not. Behind my bathroom sinks were still dirty, walls were still dirty, the inside of my pantry wasn't mopped nor was it scrubbed down as I had requested. They didnt move items to dust, and a piece of my flooring in my dining room was pulled up when I came home. Then my daughter came to me and told me that she could hear the workers talking about how dirty my bathroom was. I'm so very disappointed. The service was over $250 dollars. I gave 2 stars because workers are worthy of something but I'm definitely so disappointed. I would have kept using these services had they done a good job. I picked this place based off of the ratings. I guess I should have just chosen more wisely!

Marylin, Janelly, Barbara were amazing they did a deep clean for me today and they were all fantastic. They did it all! I would recommend this company to all and anyone who is in need of deep cleaning! They were extremely thorough. And made sure they cleaned every last corner! Skipped a lot of baseboard, the ceiling fan in kitchen, basement fridge wipe down, many windows. Corners of floor left untouched, light furniture on wheels not moved to sweep or wash floor. Lied to me when I asked if basement was completed.
