I wholeheartedly recommend West Side Oil. They came out quickly to fix my heating problem after a frustrating experience with another company. The technicians were great! Wish I had called them first!

Great job. From the beginning of us looking to update our oil tank, personnel were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The guys who did the job did an excellent work and kept the area very tidy. We would definitely consider them for future projects.

West side oil is the best out there. When we had our duplex my landlord used them and they are always friendly and explained the process of a problem and solution in a professional manner. When we bought our house we continued to use them and service has not changed. Jordan is an absolute professional as well as the entire staff from fixing a problem to the front desk. I would not use any else.

West Side recently replaced our hot water heater, AC Units, furnaces, dampers and humidifiers. They were professional, clean and a joy to have in our home. We have been customers for over 10 years and cannot stress enough our trust in them. Richard, Jay, Jordan and the whole crew were here for 3 VERY long days. They left our basement cleaner than they found it! Rich was very clear in his communication, keeping us informed of their progress and running us through the all the new bells and whistles when they were done. We are very happy with the service and professionalism we have received from West Side and highly recommend them!

Same day emergency service the day before Thanksgiving! Need I say more? They were friendly, communicative, professional and reasonably priced. I am very thankful! No other company was willing to come out until a week from today. Heat and hot water are essential services in the winter. West Side Oil understands this. They are now my go to oil company. My experience with West Side Oil was great. They replaced a 23 year old leaking water heater on short notice at an excellent price. Everyone at the company was super friendly from the person who answered the phone to the owner and the technicians. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and neighbors. I only wish I had found them sooner!

West Side Oil was professional and courteous. They were very helpful and consultative regarding any follow-up questions. This was the third large job they completed for us and we would 100% recommend them time and again!

Had my boiler replaced yesterday Dec.19th. The guys who did job were very professional. They kept me informed throughout the project. At the end of the job the area was clean the install looked awesome, they went over the whole job with me. I own an electrical contracting business, and this was the kind of service I would expect from my guys.

We needed an entirely new heating and AC system with new duct work. Bryan did a careful job in assessing our equipment needs and proposed several solutions. It was very reassuring to always have him available to answer our questions and help us work though the decisions.
The project began right on schedule. Richie & Bryan brought in an impressively large number of skilled techs and workers to remove our old oil tank and hot water heater as well as all the old ductwork. The home is 18th century and therefore has peculiarities; the crew was impressive in how they creatively and persistently worked to adapt and solve those challenges. They had great respect for maintaining the interior finishes in the rooms while installing a very modern high tech system. Despite the huge scope of the job, they a
ways paid attention to each small detail such as carefully sealing every building penetration and painting and color matching the hangers for the plumbing pipes in the basement. It’s a joy to work with a company that has great pride in their work.
CeCe in their office answered our calls and emails very quickly and was a great support in moving the installation along quickly to such a great conclusion.

An update from my original review. Rich and his team have provided great maintenance visits over the last two years. There was a recent issue that needed service and Westside very graciously handled it under warranty. The true test of a company is how they handle a problem and they proved themselves again to be a superb choice. We are lucky to have linked up with them for this investment and have them as a partner.

I recently had my boiler and oil tank replaced by west side oil. They were very fair with the pricing, didn’t try to upsell me, and professional. Rachel was very helpful and answered all my questions. John and his crew did an awesome job with the installation of the boiler and oil tank. West side oil will be the company I use going forward for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling work done.

The Team from West Side Oil replaced my 2 A/C Units, 2 Furnace and 3 Thermostats in June of this year. After inspecting my 18-year-old equipment, I was given a very fair quote for the work and was advised about all of the Mass Save rebates that were available for the work and was told to have a Mass Save inspection to make sure that i Qualified for all of the available rebates. After the Mass Save work was complete, I contacted West side oil for an installation date. The offic e staff was friendly and very helpful and the work was scheduled for 6 weeks out.
When the 8 man installation crew arrived, I was surprised to see how well they worked together to remove my old equipment and install the new High efficiency Heat Pumps, Furnaces and Thermostats in just 2 days. The Installation crew worked quickly and efficiently and quietly. I work from home and was not disturbed.
When the installation was complete, I received operating instructions for all of the new equipment and the crew did a great clean up job, removing all of the old equipment and packing materials.
I received a detailed invoice from the office whick I submitted to Mass Save for the Rebates. Eight weeks later, Mass Save sent me a rebate check for $10,000.
My experience with West Side Oil was great and a few of my neighbors have worked with them and had great results too!

West Side Oil was just at our home replacing several mini splits, condenser, and some third floor work in the attic that we were told couldn’t be fixed by another big name service. WSO sent out 6 trucks worth of people and had the job done in a day. Outstanding service, very fair price, and great quality. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Cleanest installation ever witnessed done by the most professional HVAC team ever encountered. If you care about a quality installation this is the company to enlist.

West Side Oil recently installed a Generac back up generator outside our home. The team did an outstanding job, were customer focused and highly experienced. Since we both work from home, it was important for us to have power. I had a very important meeting scheduled that afternoon and Graham made sure I had the power I needed to run the meeting without a hitch. Thank you, West Side Oil! I highly recommend!

After having our chimney inspected and having a piece of our boiler break, we were quoted with one option, replace the entire chimney and boiler system. We decided to obtain a second opinion and Jordan was quick to come out and discuss several options that may work. After finding a solution which saved us nearly $15k, we decided to continue with West Side Oil. The entire process was discussed and simple to understand. Everyone was friendly and displayed in depth knowledge of every aspect of the system. We ended up getting a Direct Vent boiler installed and our water heater moved and replaced. A large crew spent two days at the house and the level of detail is astonishing! From cleaning up old pipework to ensuring their boots were covered when coming in the house, this crew cares. We can tell this company is about getting the job done right and doing what is best for the costumer. At no point did anyone from West Side attempt to upsell any product or other service. Jordan discussed all options until we figured out what worked best for us and our situation. Turn around time was quick to have the install completed. Couldn't be more excited to use West Side Oil again in the future!

I recently had my yearly boiler service done. Thanks to an observant tech , it was noted that the bottom of my fuel tank was bubbling and about to let go.
New tank was installed as soon as possible by Jay and his crew. I can’t stress enough how professional they were and the quality of work is second to none.

I've been using West Side for my oil delivery for a few years now and they've also replaced my boiler and central air. Both jobs were done very quickly and with attention to detail. The techs are very professional and always available to respond to questions.

I had West Side Oil install a new furnace and central AC. The professionalism of the company and their crew goes above and beyond my expectations. In todays world it is very hard to find a company like this. It is clear to me the owner Rich takes his business and his customer service very serious. I highly recommend.
