I highly recommend Fresh House Cleaning Service! We initially cold called to asked Ashley to give our home a deep clean, and since then, we have had someone come out every other week for the past year. Occasionally, I’ve requested extra cleaning or adjustments to the regular schedule and each time they have accommodated my needs.
The day before the scheduled cleaning, I receive a text message confirming the cleaning and arrival time. When the cleaning is completed, I receive another text to verify it’s done. Every time I come home to a shiny, clean, tidy, and organized home, it is the best feeling in the world! For the next 24 hours, I feel like I am living in a hotel with perfectly hung towels and an incredibly fluffy couch.
If I have a special request, they always help me out. A few weeks ago, I discovered a third “cat” of dust behind a pile of workout equipment. I sent a text asking if they could make sure to vacuum it up, and sure enough, we were back to just two cats when I returned home that evening.
Additionally, I feel at ease knowing our two indoor cats are safe when they clean while we are not home. Fresh House Cleaning Service is careful with personal items, such as our cats’ special cardboard boxes, which could easily be mistaken for trash.
I love supporting local and woman-owned businesses, and this is one I highly recommend. They are clean, friendly, reliable, thorough, and affordable!
