I highly recommend Dennis! He came to my house this week to replace several light fixtures and switches. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgable. Dennis took the time to explain everything he was doing and made several really helpful recommendations. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure that everything was mounted properly and flush. When he found issues, like a loose box or bad wiring he resolved everything to ensure that it was safe. I will definitely be requesting him for my next job!

I hired Chestnut Electric to do a fairly large job in the condo that we just purchased. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Our technician, Dennis, was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, patient and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Chestnut Electric and will use them in the future.

Dennis was awesome, definitely recommend! There was a lighting issue in the basement and Dennis fixed it quickly and promptly. Since it was a simple job, they didn’t even charge for the service call. Absolutely appreciate the fairness and honesty, would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jack was great in his attention to my issue with outdoor lights that were malfunctioning.
He made sure all of the possible issues were addressed to ensure the problem was fixed.

I was very impressed with Chestnut Electric from the very first phone call to Nick all the way down to the technician, Anderson (Andy), who came to work on the house.

The response time was outstanding. Andy showed up on time each day. He was very professional and did an excellent work with the wiring in our house. I highly recommend him. I’m also very appreciative of how Andy stayed after hours to help us with the electrical needs.

Highly recommended! Absolutely, hands down, THE best. They've been helping me for at least 5 years now. Remember, when you hire Chestnut, you're not hiring an electrician and a truck. You're getting the whole company, so if your needs are small, you get what you need. Big job for multiple days? Chestnut scales to meet your needs. They have *never* let me down, including emergency, "I need you now," phone calls. My calls are mostly residential work, but they've also helped me with commercial work too. Their people, like Scott and Ray and Carlos, are all super customer-focused skilled tradesmen. I cannot say enough good words about these guys.

The best of the best. We recently moved into a 98 year old home in Wilton. Scott came out and fixed issues that we were very concerned about. Chestnut was great in setting up the appointment and assessing the work over the phone. When Scott arrived he started finding solutions to our issues immediately and never stopped working until every task was completed. He is an extremely competent and professional electrician and our old house suddenly feels brand new! We are so fortunate to have Chestnut Electric and our amazing technician, Scott. We have two more phases of work to do and we are resting easy now that we have found Scott and Chestnut Electric. Highly recommend.

Amazing company! I found Chestnut electric via a google search for electricians in my area. I went to the web site and filled out a request service form. Within an hour, a representative called me back to review my required work. I needed a Ring floodlight installed 25ft up the side of my house and a Sense home electricity monitoring system to my main panel and my solar panel. Everything was installed and now I can see my property when I am away with my Ring floodlight camera and monitor my appliances electrical user with my Sense monitor. I will highly recommend Chestnut electric and plan to have them back for future projects.

UPDATE: I had them come back out and install my DAKBoard and they did a fantastic job.

Nick was very helpful and responsive. He proactively help us easily solve out issues. We will be using Chestnut again.

I had Chestnut Electric install a 240V outlet in my garage to accommodate a new electric vehicle (which I hadn't bought yet). At the time of the installation, I hadn't decided which vehicle I was going to get so Chestnut offered to run everything out to the garage and come back at some future point to finish the outlet (which is different for different auto manufacturers) at no extra cost. 7 months later, when I had finally made up my mind, they came back as they promised and finished my installation....yes, no extra cost!
Anthony (and his team) have been great. They were very easy to work with from the concept to the installation, very professional and friendly. They are very responsive to emails and/or phone calls and were very patient with my (dumb) questions. I highly recommend Chestnut Electric for your electrical work. You will be happy too.

Chestnut Electric did a beautiful job installing high end LED ceiling lighting to illuminate our walls and artwork including wireless remote controls. Not a bit of damage to the ceilings and room was left spotless.
