He came out to my house to wash my roof, house and freestanding garage. He did a great job on the parts of the house that he completed. After he left I noticed one side of my garage was untouched. I sent him a message and the response was “ how did you expect me to fit my equipment in that small space.” Being that I don’t power wash for a living I wasn’t aware that a certain amount of space was needed. He responded and said he could come back and go into my neighbors yard and do it from there. At first I said my husband will take care of it, he insisted on coming back, so I agreed. He never came back….. my opinion is if he couldn’t get that one side of the garage he should have let us know while he was here, my husband and I were both home. I will say the rest of the house came out great though.

Ryan was great! Not only was he professional, he was on time and did a fantastic job! My house and fence look brand new again. I will definitely continue using him for years to come!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! BEWEAR PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off bet unprofessional. I requested a quote through their website and the guy Ryan D only texted did not even call. After he gave me a quote I asked when he was available to start the job on power washing my house. He stated that I first had to give him a deposit of 50 dollars in order for him to tell me his availability. Which I thought was kind of weird but I said okay. He stated the only payment options he excepts is cash app or Venmo. I stated I will Venmo him the 50 bucks. 5 mins later he sent me a request but for 75 dollars and texted me saying he changed it from 50 to 75. After paying the 75 dollars I waited for him to send his availability. He did not send it over next day I texted him saying I paid the deposit what is your availability. He responded and said sorry I can do Thursday and Friday. I asked for a time slot and he said 10am. I picked Friday 10am. The day came and he did not show up and did not text or call stating he was going to be late. I texted him and said hey we agreed on today for 10 am are you still coming? He did not respond. And this was a hour after he was suppose to come. A hour later I texted him asking for my deposits back if he is not going to show up. It is now 3:28 as I am writing this review and he still has not responded or sent me my deposits back. I have all the messages and screenshots of payment if this guy decides to respond back saying this is a false statement. This guy is very unprofessional and will just take your money. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. He prides himself on 5 star reviews which I don’t understand how that’s possible when he’s over here with no shows and stealing money.

Ryan took money as a ‘deposit’ and then never showed up. He made an excuse and said he would venmo me my money back but of course went radio silent and never did. This company is a scam. Do not hire!

I had a frustratingly similar experience to what the previous reviewer described. I scheduled a power washing service for two houses over a month ago. To secure the appointment, I was required to pay a $100 deposit, which I promptly sent via Venmo.

However, since then, I have encountered nothing but disappointment. Ryan Daley has consistently failed to show up, despite promising to come each week. Not only has he not followed through on any of his commitments, but he has also been unresponsive to my attempts to reach out, leaving me with no updates or explanation.

After weeks of this troubling pattern, I finally requested a refund of my deposit. Ryan Daley assured me that a refund would be issued, yet here I am, still waiting and without my money.

Considering the lack of communication and follow-through, I am now contemplating taking legal action to recover my funds, and I will also seek to include court costs on top of the $100 deposit if I don’t receive my money back soon. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, and based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone looking for power washing services to STAY AWAY from this individual!

Ryan and his crew are phenomenal! The workmanship and attention to detail is amazing - communication is exceptional. Each year I am surprised at the transformation of my house/deck/vinyl fencing after power washing. Everything looks brand new again! And his prices are beyond reasonable. Ryan came to the house and did an amazing job. It was super affordable for the size of our house and he made the house look like new! There were spots I tried to remove on my own with my power washer and they didn’t come off. I thought they were permanent but after the house wash he did, all the spots are gone! He cleaned the full 2 floor exterior of the house, windows, gutters, garage doors, front entryway, and walkway. I will definitely be using this company again!
