If I could give zero stars, I would. They burned our lawn, sent us through numerous customer service centers over 3 days, took zero accountability and then sent us an awful customer service email that included all-caps sentences and terrible grammar. We want our money back because they burned our lawn and over fertilized our new trees against our wishes, but they are not responding. No integrity. Do not use them.
Update: After they attempted to “remediate” the burned lawn, they planted seeds. Now that it’s spring we discovered what they planted was Annual Bluegrass which is a terrible grass for a lawn. Sticking by this review. Don’t use them. -

The service person clearly explained what he was doing and provided clear guidance on how to water to help the seed grow.

Jeremy and Devin did an excellent job of explaining the issues with our lawn. They performed an insect treatment and made recommendations on the watering schedule and sprinkler coverage.
