What a great family run and owned company! We had an issue with our outside faucet, called them on a Thursday, Tiffany called me back within the hour and scheduled to be on site the following Monday.
Albert showed up with an apprentice, took a look at the issue and not only fixed the faucet but also replaced the one in the back, and installed 2 shutoff valves in our basement where has been leaking unbeknownst to us. Job was wrapped up in less than an hour. During these times of COVID, both guys had masks on and were mindful of social distancing with us.
Everyone we interacted with was professional, funny and good natured.
Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Nunes cleaned out the roots that were in my sewer line. They did a fantastic job, we’re very professional, cleaned my basement floor :-) and did a thorough test before they completed the job. I highly recommend Nunes for any plumbing, boiler, water heater etc. work.

I contacted Nunes to get a quote and availability on a water heater that we had for almost 16 years. Jeff was very prompt and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the newest water heater technology and that what he would install would be just as good as what I had. The price was reasonable and he and Albert did a great job and fixed the expansion valve at the same time. Jeff found insulation was actually blocking the original vent pipe and once removed vastly improved the venting - thank you Jeff!

I have used Nunes Plumbing for over 14 years. Upon selling our secondary home we needed immediate service before closing. Nunes went above and beyond the call of duty and assured me our repairs would take place the next morning. To my surprise they showed up the same evening I called. The Nunes team is very professional, excellent clean up upon leaving and outstanding quality of work. They are also very competitive with pricing. Great experience.

We had used nunes plumbing for a few years. They were pretty good. Our last experience was very disappointing. We had a scheduled appointment and my husband took the day off to be home when they arrived. Nobody called , nobody showed up. When I called the office Tiffany ( plumbers wife ) said “ oh I left a message on your cell phone “ when I said what number did you call she laughed and said well maybe I dialed the wrong number “. Well my husband took a day off from work so I didn’t think this was funny as he waited all day and nobody showed up. She then said they had a couple of emergencies “ well I get that but do we not know how to pick up the phone and tell the customer. I would not recommend this company unless you’re ok with them not showing up ! We also had 1 other time we kept calling because they were supposed to come and I kept leaving messages and it was several days before I was able to contact them , so I will take my business elsewhere.

Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided it didn’t want to hold water anymore and leaked into our basement. I made one call to Nunes who came out and replaced our old gas power vented tank with a tankless system. The install went smoothly and aside from the new heater and extra space in the basement you’d never know they were at the house. Nunes is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them enough.

I paid $450.00 for a hour and a half work to replace a piece of abs fitting. I went to the bathroom and they present my wife with this bill which she paid.

I Won't know if they do good work as they couldn't bother to call back after he came to see the work requested. My mother was dying at home, and I was trying to do the best to comply with some hospice rules. Gave a tentative date but then never called back. They didn't even have the decency to call back and tell me they were unable to do the work. Not even response to my voicemails. I understood emergencies needed to come first. But the disrepect to not inform me they couldn't do the job and then having to wait yet another 2 weeks to have someone else come. So thanks to them I had to wait month to get someone scheduled.

The quality of work was good: plumbers were courteous and agreed to use booties when asked. However, the cost for the Moen Cartridge was highly inflated: $46 at Lowe’s, they charged me $75. I don’t agree with paying an hourly rate PLUS an increased cost on parts. Additionally, they charge 4% for use of a credit card. That’s the cost of doing business and should not be the responsibility of the customer. I was ok with $150/hr rate, but the additional $29 for the cost AND a charge to use my card seems ridiculous. Finally, I didn’t receive an itemized receipt; the receipt simply lists the total cost.

The gentleman that came to help install 2 faucets were courteous friendly and efficient! Cleaned up after themselves and were totally comfortable to have them in our home! Highly recommend them !
