I am a person that leaves HONEST reviews. I leave them for great service and I leave them for TERRIBLE service. Unfortunately, this is the latter.

I called and scheduled an appointment for September 9th for chimney cleaning. I was given a window of 2-5 in the afternoon and called when the technician did not show up. I was told there was a “misunderstanding“.

When I rescheduled for nine days later, I was told that I would get a confirmation call the day before. When I did not get the confirmation, I called and confirmed the appointment for the next day. My appointment was 11-2 on September 18th and, having been burned once before, just before 2 o’clock I called to confirm that the technician was coming. Once again, I was told that there was some misunderstanding, that no appointment was found, even though I had spoken to the company the day before.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, I asked for the name and contact information of the owner. I was told I could not have those.

I live out of state and stayed each appointment day to have the chimney cleaning accomplished. Rusky’s Painting Services and Cleaning appears so disorganized and so slipshod that they cannot provide the services they offer.

I eagerly await a response from the owner! I probably won’t make an appointment for that….

The service was flawless—one team, one quote, and every detail handled professionally. They answered all our questions and showed us before/after photos of their work. I made an appointment with Rusky's Chimney Cleaning Repair Service, and I'm really happy with the service. The technician made sure the area was safe, cleaned the entire flue, and removed all soot and creosote buildup. They also checked the chimney cap and liner for problems, and now my fireplace burns cleaner and safer because there is no smoke entering the room. The technician was professional, kind, and gave me a detailed explanation of everything. The cost was reasonable, and the entire process was quick and easy. John came out to inspect our bathroom and basement after a leak when we saw some discoloration on some of the rafters on the basement. Fortunately we didn't need any work done and the visit was free, but we were so very impressed with his professionalism, promptness, and the information he shared. Would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again if we need anything else mold related. A family member did need to have work done and referred them to us because they also had a great experience (also with John)

Aquire did a great job for us. John showed up an hour and a half after I called him to report a burst pipe and quickly got things moving to remediate the issue. He was very attentive to my needs and followed through on every commitment.
Craig did an awesome job as the Project Manager. He was very dedicated to seeing the job through and that I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Aquire for home remediation and restoration work. These guys were great.

Jeff was unbelievable! So knowledgeable about most any topic I asked him regarding our home. Jeff had so many helpful tips to ensure our house was running efficient, smooth and safe! I would recommend Jeff and Aquire to ANYONE! He was so patient with me as I had lots of questions and his follow up and follow through was quicker than any service I have ever experienced! We used Aquire for our fire restoration after a basement fire that caused smoke and soot damage throughout about 90% of our home. As much as I hope that no one ever needs this service, if you find yourself in a position that you do these are the people to call. Jen did an amazing job taking care of our content inventory, she has so much knowledge of the extent of damage and what can and can’t be saved, she spent countless days in a soot and burnt smelling house to get her job done and she has a great system to gather all of the documentation needed for the insurance claim! When it was time to demo the house Dave went into action. He explained what needed to be done, why, and when we could expect things to happen. Dave and his crew are fast and efficient, and they “cleaned up” before they left each day. These guys work in horrible conditions (soot, dust, insulation smoke smell… nasty) and are polite, friendly, and respectful every time you see them! Dave was beyond amazing!!! It’s obvious that he truly cares about what he does and the people he’s helping get their lives back to normal. His hard work and kindness is greatly appreciated during our difficult time!!!

I would highly recommend Acquire Restoration. Craig is very professional, thorough and his communication throughout the entire process was great. He made sure everything was done up to my high standards of perfection. Craig is a true asset to Acquire.

I called Aquire when I discovered mold on my basement door. John came out and his Verdi t was that the mold wasn't serious - a vast relief. He came back a day or two later and cleaned it up - at no charge. He even advised me on purchasing a dehumidifier and said he would install it for me - again at no charge. I had Aquire come once before this and had a similar great experience.

During his visit he was very informative in what he was doing and why. This communication alleviated our concerns in trust and clarified the severity of the damage. He’s professional, HONEST, and his insight was very educational.

I just had gutters and gutter covers put on my house. They look awesome. Was very pleased with the guys that did the work they were all very polite, professional and very cute. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

This company did an awesome job on our gutters. Did a great clean up. Jason was very responsive, professional, and offered great pricing. I would highly recommend for your gutter needs!

Jason sent out Dylan for some work I needed done on my gutters. Dylan was supposed to come back the next day but did not complete the work even though I paid him in full. He told me to do it myself. Jason the owner said he would look into it and call me back. Instead he blocked my number and won’t return my calls. Very shady business go with anyone else.

After installing gutters on our house, I asked Jason (the owner) if he could make a few minor adjustments. He took care of most of it right away, but then we got snow. The first opportunity to work on it when the weather was clear, he contacted me. I never had to remind him. He finished up and added end caps that he made so bees couldn't make nests! This business also had the best estimate.

We contacted Jason for an estimate on gutter and down spout replacement and he came the next day. He sent me the estimate through email and I was able to make me deposit online. They arrived on time the day they said they would, were professional and did great job. This company was recommended b my brother in law who also used them.

Jason did a great job! He measured and quoted the job. 6 days later it was installed and done. In this world where most contractors don't even call you back he did a great job. I will be using him from now on. THANK YOU! The gutters look great.

I had Wrightway put a new steel roof and siding on my 125 year old barn. A difficult job to say the least. The results were spectacular. Jon and his crew's attention to detail was impressive, they were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.
