Horrible company to do business with. They won't work with you on pick up arrangements. Never answer at their office. Driver was extremely rude! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They are a horrible company!!!!

Matt helped us in a pitch by using their charger to charge our battery. What a friendly crew. Office secretary was very pleasant, Matt’ s mother wouldn’t take anything for their kindness, told me to pay it forward, went back to our van, tried to give Matt money and he said donate it in the collection plate at church. Thank you so very much 😊

I wanted to support a local business and one close to home so I reached out to Navis. They seemed very eager to give me a bid and take on my project. When the time came to start, I stopped receiving emails, and call backs. When I stopped in the office to see what was up, my paperwork got handed off a couple times to different people and then I got a load of excuses of the project needing to be postponed. Talking to other excavation companies to get a new bid they all had the same response " Navis is known for doing that when they don't want to take on a job " I took my project to a different company who wanted my business and stayed in communication with me. Sadly the best price and service was from out of town. It's unfortunate that Navis just couldn't be honest with me from the start and wasted my time and my contractors time, waiting for answers for weeks into a month. I lost all respect for this company, but found a much a better one to work with and recommend to others out of the situation.

When you drive a big truck with your business name on it.You shouldn't drive like an idiot.

We love our new home!! The insulation here is top notch. The air exchanger is amazing. We’ve hardly had to use our air conditioning so far this summer. The design and open layout is incredible. This really is our dream home!

Dose fantastic work and very friendly

I liked the quality of David's work but unfortunately his organization, business priorities and communication are extremely lacking. He initially came out and did a visit and job assessment and said he would get me a quote within a week. I waited 10 days. Asked for an update and he apologized for the delay, which I was understanding. He said he could get me a quote for the work the next day. I gave him 3 days. I sent him another message and gave him another 12 days JUST FOR A QUOTE. Something that should take 30 minutes. I understand being busy and working long hours. He finally gave me a quote for the work 3 days later on Dec 21st. It was a little off, which is to be expected when it's been 28 days since initial visit and taking notes on a 4x6 notepad.
He agreed that some changes needed to be made. I didn't pressure him but sent a follow up message asking for an update on the updated quote Dec 30th. He said he could get it to me the next day. With the New Year I gave him extra time and asked for another update on Jan 3rd. He hasn't responded to my messages or phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional. If you can't do a quote within a couple days, stick with it as a hobby and not a business. Very unfortunate. I will be looking for a general contractor elsewhere. Btw, the work that I am needing, for a general contractor, is EXTREMELY EASY. You would think with an easy job it would be quick money in the bank.

D'Signs Unlimited, LLC & I-Deal Auto Sales & Svc. - Fond du Lac - WISCONSIN. A local highway expansion project took our old location. At this old location, in 2002, we'd had PINNO CONSTRUCTION add a 38 x 54 addition to an existing steel structure. When it came time to entertain the thought of REBUILDING, we went back to PINNO. We'd liked what they'd done in the past and we trusted them to REBUILD US. We like the POLE BUILD CONSTRUCTION - in particular, the thickness of the walls and the resulting insulation space. In the design phase - wherever they offered additional insulation...we opted for it!

They worked with us diligently in the design phase until we had a design that suited our specific needs. We have a WE HAVE A GORGEOUS NEW BUILDING. It's a creative space for graphic arts (D'SIGNS) and a clean, open workspace for I-DEAL (autobody). WE LOVE IT...and customers do too....nothing but good commentary. And when it came down to the details, they performed as per contract and beyond.

The driver of their truck with license number 87257 came BARELLING up behind me on highway 151 south at the intersection by the Agnesian surgery center, Thu Apr 18 around 5pm. The driver was apparently furious I turned in front of him, even though the light at the adjacent intersection was red. He came within just a couple feet of my rear bumper, approaching at a scary high speed and braking hard right up behind me. It was deeply unsettling having a commercial truck driving so recklessly around me, my twin babies and 6 year old son.

Absolutely THE BEST experience, working with Pinno on our 'barndominium.' The entire experience was really great. Pete, our main contact, was exceptional to work with - constantly providing updates, giving us multiple options - the communication was just wonderful. The crew and subcontractors did really great work as well (thank you Harry and team!). I cannot recommend Pinno enough (and working with Pete!) .

I hired Pinno to renovate my house with a completion date of Dec 2023. Unfortunately, the renovation is a failure and as of Aug 2025, has yet to be completed. Communication started well; however, as a worker from Pinno has just informed me, they have written off completing my house. The drywaller admitted to doing poor quality work and didn’t work with a sand texture often. Instead of hiring someone notable, they brought the same drywall person back in to further destroy the walls because he was the cheapest and no one wanted to pay someone else to do it correctly. Pinno went through 3 painters. 2 of the three told me getting paid was an issue and didn’t want to return as one of the two also said my contractor didn’t have the money to pay for the mistakes to be fixed so he would have to figure out how to write in another, unrelated persons, bid to make up the cost. The “mistakes” made on the renovation are/were endless. The budget went well over and it appears I will be paying more for a painter and drywaller to finish the job. I do not recommend their services for a remodel job.

We couldnt be more happy with our experience working with Pinno Buildings on our calf barn project. We had a vision and Greg and his crew brought that vision to life. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, incredibly knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. They made the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible.
We are so thankful for the amazing job they did, the calf barn turned out even better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder and look forward to working with them again on our next project.
