Wally Schmid was recommended to me and contacted by the plumber I hired to fix my sewer issue. They were told it was urgent. Chris came out the same day to assess the work that was needed. After finding out my family (wife, 3y old son, 2y old son) hadn't been able to use the toilet or shower in my house for 5 days, Chris changed around his next days schedule and coordinated with Quandt Plumbing to come out the next morning! In a matter of 7 hours, they were able to replace my main sewer line from inside to outside my home and give my family back the use of our house. This included digging a 15ft deep hole directly next to my house! Every member of their team was extremely courteous and professional. I can't speak highly enough of them. If there was a 6th star to give, Wally Schmid deserves it!

I am going to try and explain how great it was to work with this company without going through every little detail. During the sale of our house, the septic failed inspection. We needed to get quotes for the lender in order to proceed forward with the sale of our house. From the moment we reached out to request a quote for a septic install until the very end of the project, Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it happen. During the process of selling the house there was a lot of bumps in the road we had to cross, but with Chris always there with a quick reply via text or call we were able to get things addressed in a timely manner. Chris was honest, professional, timely, fair pricing, and listen to our needs. We can't thank Chris and his crew enough for everything they have done during this process. I’ve never used your company’s services before, but today I had an experience with one of your employees that I will forever remember. My daughter and I were driving on the freeway, in the construction zone between Kaukauna and Appleton. It was car to car traffic as far as the eye could see when suddenly everyone in front of us came to a screeching halt at 60+ mph. I looked behind me to see a large truck with a large trailer and I knew the abrupt stop wouldn’t give him enough time even with the 3 car length space between us. A semi was next to me keeping me pinned and I prepared for the worst. With his quick and calculated thinking he risked his own life by braking and going into the gravel to prevent hitting us. He saved our lives with his amazing driving, and I am forever grateful!! Thank you to the man behind the wheel, many blessings to you and your family!

Chris and his team did an amazing job on my new residential construction. He was fair, honest, and was in touch at any time. He let me know time lines and gave updates this spring when we were having all of the rain. They got septic and excavating done and it couldn't be any better. Exceeded my expectations. Exceptional Service!! Found out we had to repair a water leak in our main service water line. Called Chris. He was there shortly after to look at the area. Very polite and informational. When his crew showed up to complete the work. They were very nice, informative and efficient. With hiccups and having to make a couple calls, the team had the job done within no time. We had them upgrade our service to 200 AMP and do the electrical preparation before Appleton solar installed a 7 KWH solar panel array four years ago. They installed a level 2 Charger for our EV 3 years ago. Everything is working well today.

Had some outlets that never worked since I moved in my house a year ago. He had them fixed fast and cheap. I should’ve called a year ago. Great service. Easy to work with and schedule. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician they can trust in their home!

We enjoyed working with Tom! We had a country home with multiple outbuildings as well as a private well and mound system to inspect before purchase. It was so convenient that Tom was able to handle all of these inspections in one day so that we didn't need to schedule multiple people.

Within 1 day of our inspection we received a very thorough report of his findings. He had a great working relationship with our realtor and they were able to use their experience to advise us on which issues we should address immediately and which issues could wait or be fixed ourselves.

Overall a great experience- spend the money on a great investor, it is well worth the piece of mind!

Read a lot of reviews on different inspectors before moving forward with Inspection Services of WI and glad that I did. Tom was super friendly, a great communicator, and his inspection was very thorough.

Tom went over the property and section by section walked us through any issues or recommendations. He also took the time to explain how how everything worked. Not only was he thorough on the property, his report was in depth with picture and all defects, maintenance items, and recommendations easily laid out. And the report came less than 24 hours after the inspection!

It was a total pleasure to work with Tom and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspector they can trust.
