Bobby was great to work with at the beginning - he came over to quote the project and communicated well. But then he never showed up to do the work or even let me know he couldn't make it. I gave him a call after he didn't show the first time and rescheduled for a second date. He then no call no showed again! I'm very disappointed as we need to get this work done ASAP.

I decided to go with MBS to install a tile drain, sump pump and window well drain. Bobby and his crew did an excellent job and fixed our issue of water getting in our basement. Bobby was the most affordable option, and also is trustworthy and will only sell you what he thinks is the best option for your situation.

Midwest Basement Solutions did a great job taking care of a leak in the foundation of my dad’s house with epoxy injections and regrading. Bobby took special care of the existing landscape and left the area cleaner than he found it. As an added bonus he repaired a crack in the driveway and his finish work was better than expected! Very happy!

Big shout out to Bob Olson and Deandre for their side junk removal service! They were quick and very reasonably-priced to come remove remodeling materials from my property. They even went above and beyond and removed broken limbs that fell down in the yard during yesterday’s storm! He also provides foundation work as his main business. Totally recommend him for either service.

Why is it always the NE corner of Lone Hill Ave @ Gladstone St pedestrian light to cross Lone Hill Ave along Gladstone St always having issues after short time improvements? And it takes AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES‼️ Can’t they staff more people on Fridays and do more to fix pedestrian lights? This wouldn’t be an issue if it was for cars but not pedestrians; I’m asking Glendora for accountability

This should deserve a zero star, not even one. I don’t even know how one reviewer was lucky enough to give them five stars when they deserve the WORST ratings. Glendora City Works and Glendora deserve to be cursed until they step up

I had some doorways widened and laundry room access modified so I could get in more easily in my wheelchair and my closet modified to allow me to get through doorway and reach clothes. Michael is the owner and was very considerate to my challenges in the home. Work was done as requested. His workers were very respectful and thorough. Im pleased with all the work done in a short time and will use again in future. I recommend this business to others needing work done

Excellent wood worker and fence builder. They started early and worked late. They completed what we agreed on and we can’t be happier with the finished product. His workers are nice and courteous.

He does it all! Very knowledgeable and gives honest advice on home improvement ideals. It's hard finding a person that will show up on time and not leave you in the wind after half the job is done. My Painter exceeded my expectations and above all the communication was A1. He's my one stop shop for my future projects

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, poor service

This company replaced the roof of my personal residence and two rental properties. They are exceptional in quality and price.
