Great to work with on Roofing. They did some repair work for us and were very concerned with doing it right. We were advised as to exactly what was needed without trying to up sell extras. Clean, professional and fast.

When no one else wanted to help us, Randy and his crews tarped my roof, helped me get my roof paid for, and worked with us on paying for what we owed. You could not ask for better people to do your roof. INsurance kept denying us, but Titan Roofing got it paid for.

Came out and inspected roof in timely manner. Made suggestions as to how to prolong life of existing roof, and explained the work to be performed. Everyone was professional and courteous. Very respectful to me and property. No mess left behind after job completion. Will use again and would highly recommend to anyone. And the price was more than fair..

Five stars to JD Titan Roofing for an amazing attic fan replacement. Dealing with an old and malfunctioning fan was becoming a headache, luckily, I got them. The installation was smooth, and Randy and his team not only replaced the fan effectively but also ensured it was energy-efficient, saving me on future bills. Highly recommended!

Randy and his crew are excellent. They are always on-time, very courteous and very competent in their work. They have done several jobs for me, both around my office in Mobile and at my home Daphne. I would definitely recommend them for any job you may have. Randy is very reasonable on his pricing, also.

It's been a couple of years since JD Titan installed my roof but it was more than I expected. Everything was just right and there wasn't a single nail or any other thing left in my yard. Best job ever. Also, their interaction with my insurance company got my new fortified roof approved in record time and I immediately received the insurance premium rebate I was promised. Rarely does business in Mobile go so efficiently and honestly.

I received a fair estimate and it was inline with another company that gave me a quote. Randy Pope came out to my home first, very quick after I called to get my estimate. My work started a week later. My home my, my garage and and area over my deck were done within a week with weather related stoppages. Everything was picked up and removed as the contract stated it would be. The crew was professional and respectful. The roof is so nice to look at. I love it! ❤️

Got the tree removed, was very lucky to have found JD Titan roofing. honest, professional as well as answering all my questions. Called and was out next day. This company is the only roofing company you will need. I will not only be using them for future repairs, but I will also be referring them to all of my clients who are looking for any type of roofing work.

Firstly, they were one of the only companies who returned my call out of the 8 or so I called.

Secondly, they made time to come out and provide me with an estimate, last minute on Friday of memorial day weekend because they knew my roof was leaking and wanted to help me as soon as possible.

Thirdly, the work provide was magnificent, and they were able to install flashing properly from my house to my porch to stop the leaking, unlike my previous contractor, and even gave me some helpful recommendations on how to improve the metal roof on my porch.

Finally, Mr Pope was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service.

You can't go wrong at giving these guys a chance to handle any of your roofing needs. I will be a client for years to come!

JD Titan Roofing has excellent customer service and highest quality installation. We had six skylights replaced due to leaks, two non-working motorized attic fans replaced, and a couple leaks repaired. JD Titan Roofing were professional, and customer oriented through the entire process.
