Home was damaged by fire, some beyond repair so we had to start over in those areas. Yes, there were some major problems with the company management, e.g., they were slow to begin our house rebuild, and they didn't have our interests in mind. The project manager, however, was a tremendous resource for us, always looking out for us and our interests. His skill level was high, his commitment to our project was great, and he saw the job completed, and in quality. He brought us into the planning stages and helped guide us to make sound decisions. Some of the subs were good, others not so much. Yes, there were problems, too many in fact. But in hindsight, we can't say enough good about the project manager. He did a great job for us.

Nothing but a pleasant experience. Brian and his team did a great job replacing the tile/trim downstairs and in the hall bath after some water damage. Flexible in schedule and appreciate them accommodating us.

A very strong wind and downdraft blew the built-up roof off my 10,000 sq ft warehouse leaving the old flat roof underneath it exposed. There was a thick layer of insulation under the flat roof and ceiling panels under the insulation. The insulation and panels were water logged and a huge mess. Landmark removed the old flat roof and then disposed of all the insulation and panels which was in itself a huge job. Landmark did a great job installing the structure for the new roof and then the roof itself. During the entire process they communicated extremely well with me and kept me informed as to what the next step would be and when to expect that segment of the restoration to be done. To say the least, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their work. I am very glad to give Landmark my whole-hearted recommendation.

When on-site the contractors did a very good job. Unfortunately, there was a lot of overpromising and under delivering from the foreman when it came to being on-site. Without question things like a major snowstorm for this area impacted somethings, and I don't blame them for that, but communication was poor for months and didn't start to pick up until I reached out to the VP. In the end the work they did was worthy of repeat service, but the stress of dealing with lack of communication, and interruptions in work due to being told a time they would be somewhere only for them not to show up means I likely wouldn't reach out to them again unless something in the work they did for this project fails and is covered by warranty.

We had a great experience with this company taking care of our total kitchen renovation. Our project manager, Richard, listened to what we wanted, explained the entire process in detail, thought of things that hadn't occurred to us, and cheerfully took care of all of our requests. He even did some of the work himself to make sure everything was finished on time. He enjoys his work and it shows. His crew, TJ and Michael, were absolutely top notch--they were polite, professional, highly skilled, extremely focused, and they always made a point to clean everything up really well before they left for the day, which made it much easier for us to live through the inevitable disruption that comes with any major renovation. Our new kitchen is beautiful, and I'm extremely pleased with the job Landmark did. I would absolutely hire them again.

They were very mindful of the work they did and cleaned up very well after the work, every day they were at my home.

A large tree fell during a storm destroying one side of my home. It was recommended that I contact Landmark Corporation to do the mitigation work and rebuild, and I am forever happy for that recommendation. Landmark was on the scene immediately with tarps and a cleanup team; then, the rebuild plans commenced. Tony was the site manager, and he was wonderful. He was very reachable any time I called or emailed him and always helpful and reassuring during the process. If I had any questions, he made sure they were quickly addressed. I also had good contact with others at Landmark including Brian and Gwen, and they were always very nice and helpful as well. There is not a negative comment I could make about this great team, and I will definitely pass along the recommendation of Landmark’s services to any of my family and friends!

Cody did a great job at our house . He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was able to pull my windows up . We had a broke door knob and my fiancé has a broken neck and in a brace so he’s been unable to do things . Cody fixed our door knob and was so very friendly . He even offered to come mow for us on his off day. It’s great to have someone so helpful and kind willing to go above and beyond .

I recently had windows and doors installed by Window World Knoxville, and had a great experience. Steve came to our house and explained our options, timeline, and cost very well. We scheduled our installation, and when David and Mike came to install our new windows and doors, they were efficient and did an excellent job, making sure everything fit perfectly. David even came back the next day to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. We love our new windows and doors, and we’re very happy with our experience.

Zero stars really. They replaced windows in my home and did some siding. Windows seem ok so far. However the siding started coming apart. concerned that it may have been an issue other than the actual siding (termites perhaps) I removed the siding to see what was going on with that area of the house. Turns out window world used cardboard to install my siding which deteriorated and caused the siding to detach from the house. Spent weeks calling to have the "lifetime warranty" take care of the problem however when Mark the owner came out all he could say is that I removed the siding and it would cost too much to have his guys put it back on. Long story they never took care of the problem and I fixed it myself. So much for Life Time Warranty on $1000's in siding. Not reputable at all in my opinion.

Crews arrived on time or a few minutes early.
They weee efficient, kind, and very courteous!
They left no messes. And even cleaned the windows after Installation.

I would highly recommend Steven and his crew to anyone . They worked steady and got a three day job done in two days.

We are so pleased with our new siding. Window World worked with us every step of the process. From purchasing and design down to installation, the company and crew did an amazing job. Previously we had purchased our windows and knew they would do a great job with our next purchase. The installation was smooth and finished within the time frame that was scheduled.

The new windows look great. The only thing is I would like it if David (the installer) had cleaned the new windows before he left. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning them inside and out.

I had my new patio door installed today and it looks great, thank you to Kendall for doing such a good job I stalling it. And thank you to Greg Cross for showing us all the options that were available. Window World of Knoxville have been really good people to work with i would recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. The crew did a great job of cleaning up and hauling everything away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Window World to anyone in the future.

I could not be happier. Everyone I've delt with has been nice and informative. If I ever have to have anything else done I will be asking for Logan personally. He was so quick, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Window World!

Replaced 7 older windows in our house. From the sales experience through the final touches of the installation, Window World was outstanding.
