I used the sweet ladies from PEAK RENOVATIONS to do a "deep" clean in my home. The three ladies that came worked so hard to really "CLEAN" my home, and that was not an easy task. I highly recommend Peak Tier Renovations to do a superb job. After the last storm my yard was riddled with fallen trees, bushes and shrubs. I contacted Erik who came and gave me a free estimate to remove fallen trees and clean the area after removal. He was 100% professional, always punctual, a total gentleman with exceptional workmanship. Once he started the job he showed me that several trees were hidden under the huge fallen tree. He approached the surprise with concern and patience. We agreed that additional cost should be considered. He was very fair with pricing. We were so pleased that we have asked him to submit estimates on additional trees in the yard. Erik is the best. I recommend him without reservations.

Used these guys for a leaking shower repair and I highly recommend them. Price was way more affordable than I thought and they did a good job. Also communication was solid throughout. Photos are after ripping out old shower walls and tile then replacing it all.

When we first bought the venue, it was actually a former Golden Corral that had shut down and sold the building. Eagle Roofing and Construction completely remodeled the inside for us and installed a durable metal roof that looks amazing and protects the space perfectly.

A different roofing company re-roofed our house in Springville several years ago but wasn't able to stop a leak at our chimney where a low slope roof commonly called a "cricket" met it. Being an architect, I understood that It was a difficult area to fix that required a combination of membrane roofing and metal flashing; however, they were unwilling and unable to even try to fix it properly. Out of frustration, I called the insurance company that handled the hail damage claim to get someone else to fix the problem.

The next day, Rigoberto showed up at my house. He climbed on the roof and assessed what needed to be done. That afternoon, he went and bought the materials that he needed and within a couple of hours fixed it himself. He assured me that he'd be back if I had any further leaks, but I had not further problems. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I asked for his business card and made note that I would use his company, Eagle Roofing and Construction the next time I needed a new roof.

Over the course of the next ten years, Eagle Roofing/Rigoberto has re-roofed two more houses for family members of mine including my mom's house and my aunt's house. My aunt's house was difficult to re-roof because it was an older home that was built using asbestos shingles. Rigoberto and his crew took care of it and handled another difficult chimney/roof flashing condition that would have likely cause other roofers problems.
