Hyde Roofing did an excellent job reroofing our home. Their attention to detail and doing things right made them stand out. I highly recommend them to anybody with roofing needs.

Joe and Jonathan, of Hyde Roofing, are very friendly and professional. They took time to listen to the issue we were having with the roof and suggested reasonable solutions to address the problem. We didn’t need an entire roof replaced at this time, but we will be calling Hyde Roofing when that time comes.

From the second I called Joe at Hyde roofing he was in communication with me working out a schedule, sending inspection pictures, and talking through options. He sent pictures and updates throughout the installation encouraging questions about their roofing system. Fair price for a premium product. If everyone was as professional and friendly as Joe, the works of home repair / contracting would be a better place. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Joe and Blake were awesome to work with and their work ethic and results were over the top. We had our entire roof replaced. I couldn't recommend these folks more. They use nothing but the best quality materials and master craftsmen to get the job done. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Thank you! Last week, we spotted a little drip coming through our attic ceiling when it was raining. Joe came out the next day to look at our roof, quickly found the problem area & completed the repair just a few days later! He was very thorough - taking pictures and walking me through the issues & repair options. He cleaned up well after the work was done - I was thankful to not come home to a mess! I felt like he offered me an affordable, but very well done repair. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be a repeat customer of Hyde Roofing & I’d recommend to anyone!

I reached out to several different companies before talking with Joe at Hyde Roofing and I really wish I would have just called Hyde first. I ran into Joe in Harbor Freight while we was buying a tarp to cover our roof and ask him to come out and give us a qoute on some storm damage little did I know how fast these guys would show up and show out! If Insurance is wanting to be stubborn and not cover what you pay for.. Hyde Roofing is the guys you need. They took on this job and handled everything. Literally all I had to do was make 1 phone call to my insurance company to submit the claim once Hyde got my claim # everything else was handled by them. Thank you all so much ! We now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood !

Recently I had storm damage to my roof. I was fortunate that Jonathan saw the damage and left me a business card. Long story short, they earned my trust and ultimately my business. Blake and Jonathan worked with my insurance to secure additional coverage on the claim. Joe was on-site during the entire installation of the new roof and kept me informed of issues as they arose. The work was completed timely and looks great afterwards. Jonathan came back and did an extra sweep to pick up any nails or minor debris. All and all a positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Got Jonathan’s phone number from a family member. Called him on a Tuesday and he came out the next day! He was willing to come out the same day but my schedule wouldn’t allow it. After inspecting the roof, he saw a couple loose shingles and sealed them up without hesitation.

He doesn’t try to sell you anything upfront and is an honest and punctual man. Texted me 30 minutes before he said he would be at the house to let me know he was running 10 minutes late. Came down off the roof, spoke about some possible options to go forward because I have been fighting a leak for 5 years with a different company. Keep in mind, this roof is only 5 years old also. Not once did he try to sell me a new roof, he wants to get this one repaired first (if possible.)

He told me to let him know how it is after the storm we are having this coming up weekend and he will come back out if there are anymore problems.

Hyde Roofing was the third company to inspect my roof after I found a leak. The first two stated it would be impossible to repair the roof and recommended replacement.

When Jonathan from Hyde Roofing came out, I was expecting to get another replacement quote. He spent over an hour inspecting the roof, and when he came down, he showed me pictures and videos of several loose shingles and nail holes he had sealed. He said that while my roof is older, it looks sound overall and should be able to last another year or few before needing replacement. And he offered to come out again to make more spot repairs if needed.

Here's the kicker: Not only did Jonathan not try to sell me a new roof, but he refused any payment for the work he had done. He said, just consider us a resource to help you with your roof, and when the time comes to replace, keep us in mind. I absolutely will! I am so impressed with this ethos of honesty and service. After a major house renovation, we noticed some water on our kitchen ceiling. Jonathan came out the same day we called. He said the roof overall was in good condition but did identify a new electric pole in the roof that only needed some better flashing and caulk. He fixed the issue in no time and there has been no signs of water since. I would recommend Jonathan and Hyde roofing again.
