Was having issues with my roof and my bathroom. Did t have the time between work and other obligations. They came in and did the work. Really impressed with them and how affordable they were.They were really easy to work with i appreciate them bailing me out.

Submitted online for an estimate, Shane called me within 5 minutes and said he would be out the next day to look at 3 Fire Stations and give me an estimate. All three had door issues, seven total doors. He came out and ended up fixing the doors while he was there! Less than 16 hours from reaching out to him, he had been to three locations and fixed 7 doors.

Houston Building Repair company has done incredible job fixing my house after a giant sycamore tree damaged my home during the May-16 2024 tornado. Shane won me over after offering a crane to lift the tree, describing in detail the types of repairs needed, with a promise to work with my insurance to cover the repair costs. The contract was half a page - free of incomprehensible and unnecessary legalese jargon. Shane subcontractors are all professionals and know what they are doing: tree removal, roof reframing, fixing of lattice, removal of mold from walls, replacement of window frames and caulking, replacement of shingles, replacement of insulation in attic crawl space and walls, wall and ceiling retexturing and repainting of rooms and window frames were all done to highest spec and made my house look like new. Shane has incredible attention to detail as the house problems kept showing up in 6 months following the tree impact, and he kept noticing each new problem that escaped our attention (I am of civil engineering and my wife of architectural backgrounds). And Shane has a great feeling of how to fix all these problems efficiently. All repairs are now completed and home looks great. What a great company and quality guys who operate it! I had water intrusion in my barndominium, which damaged my hard wood floor. I had several companies come out to try and figure out how/where it was coming in from. Other companies wanted to do extensive repairs costing in the Tens of thousands, which didn’t make sense to me. Shane and the guys came out when it was raining to really identify what was really going on. Turned out it was a rather simple fix that didn’t involve the extensive repairs and high costs the other companies were telling me. The resolved my issue in 1 day, and I couldn’t be any happier. It goes to show that getting multiple bids and perspectives is critical. Some companies just want to make $ off you, when others just want to honestly help you out. I only have 1 number and company I will be using in the future and it’s Houston Building Repair. We are grateful to have found them. They will do right by you!

I recently used HBRC for building repairs after a forklift caused some sheet metal damage and a storm damaged our gutters. Shane and Sammy were excellent communicators throughout what turned out to be a complex balcony repair project. Even though the job involved metal work, structural wood repairs, tile work, roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and city permitting, they and their team handled everything smoothly from start to finish.
