We spent thousands with this company and were treated terrible :(
Originally, when we began working with Red Mt. we were quite pleased. They have some very nice employees. Particularly Bill, who is at their other store near Gilbert and Baseline, is wonderful! However, the owner, Rick is Not! Red Mt. made 3 wrong ordering errors in this Long process of getting all of our floors replaced and a kitchen backsplash done. They left messes and unfinished work after the floors, so we had to call etc. We were polite and patient with them allowing for the mistakes, the backsplash alone took from Jan 29-Feb 14th! But, the owner felt it was totally fine to be rude and talk down to us if we questioned wrong orders. It was insane really. We have to wonder why. I can’t take time to tell the whole long ordeal. I will recommend that you at least look at other options. I am So Sorry we spent so much money with this company. We did the kitchen remodel with Home Depot at the same time. They treated us awesome and with respect the whole time!

Red mountain did a full bathroom remodel for us. They did a amazing Job. I am so happy with the quality.

Had appointment at 8am guy shows up at 7:45am and leaves at 7:50am. I try to call him but he won’t answer then I finally text him at 8am and he says he is to far away. I rearranged my day to get home at 8am, and this guy essentially tells me tuff luck at my appointment time.

Everyone we worked with--from sales to installation and even carpet cleaning--everyone is helpful, capable, and thorough. We highly recommend all their services.

I was very happy with the job they did. Went beyond what I expected. Very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have all kinds of flooring. Really nice and clean showroom. Average prices. I will go back. The new shower display is a must. Gorgeous.

25 days from my first encounter at their store until I received a quote. During that time I found someone else to quote and install the carpet we wanted.

First experience visiting the store. Diane is awesome, very friendly and professional. Showed us examples of what they had in store. She walked us through the process of what they do. It was great doing business with them.

Very helpful in store. They carry a wide range of quality flooring products. Wiley came out to measure at our home and will be getting back to us with an estimate.

Jenny and Red Mountain installed new carpet for me in my family room with just a few days notice. The installers were quick and knowledgeable. I will hire them for all my future flooring needs.

Timothy Flynn - Owner is very rude. He makes smug comments and remarks. He assumes you are waisting his time the moment you contact him. Quick advise don’t assume and don’t yell at your future customer cause you will loose them.

Just finished replacing our flooring. Excellent people to deal with. Honest people that do whatever they can to make it right. Our installer Sam was the best. Definitely knew his stuff, and it turned out great! I would recommend giving them a call.

We just want to wish Red Mountain Carpet and Tile a Happy Anniversary for being in business for 25 years. When you started out we gave you a lot of business for cleaning carpets in Silveridge Resort and you always came through. To this day we still recommend you to anyone who asks. Your crew is very thorough and responsible. We have never had any problems.

Great service and installation! We got lots of help picking out carpet and laminate flooring. Very happy with the selections. The installation went smoothly, and looks great. Nice people to work with.

Cooper at RM is the man. I can’t speak enough about how happy I was with the work he performs. He’s professional, well versed, and most importantly makes us feel safe. Can’t recommend RM enough! Thanks Cooper!

Linda and I have had some flooring work done by Red Mountain Flooring. Stan and BArb Braaten were happy with the carpeting taht they had installed by the company. So we had them install a kitchen floor for us. Their customer service goes beyond what we expected. We had to wait a couple weeks for the specific flooring we wanted to come into their store . When it arrived, they delivered it on a Friday so it would be at ambient room temperature when they came back Monday to install it.

When the installer started laying it out, we let him know we wanted it to go in a different pattern. He told us there wasn't enough material to do it that way and we'd have to wait for more to come in. We were frustrated thinking it would be another couple weeks. He immediately got on the phone to the owner who then called me a few minutes later and said he'd drive into Phoenix and get the amount it would take and bring it to us that day and they would install the next day. That's exactly what happened.

All the people we dealt with know what good customer service is and they delivered it to us. The installers are clean, polite, and fast. We would recommend them if you're looking for flooring.

The folks at Red Mountain were wonderful to work with! From Pam and Jenny in the office to Bill and Rick and of course, the great installation job by Paul and Richard. I couldn't be more pleased with my new flooring and highly recommend Red Mountain.

Had 2 great experiences with this company. We had 3 rooms of carpet replaced in our old house we were selling. Diane showed us their "in house carpet" that they stock and had a great price on it. Her son came over the same day and measured our rooms and I had a quote first thing the next morning. We gave the OK on it and had new carpet within a week. The installers did an awesome job and were very careful moving things in and out of the rooms.

The 2nd experience was getting the carpets cleaned at our new home. It was tricky since we did not have keys to the house yet so our realtor had to take time out of her day to meet the cleaners. The communication was awesome with the installers and the people over at the store. They showed up right on time and did an amazing job on our carpets that needed some real TLC. Diana was ok with waiting until I saw the finished carpet (3 days later) before paying the bill. We got busy moving and I forgot to call and pay. She called 1 1/2 weeks later and left a very friendly voicemail reminding me the bill was due. We got in touch and were able to pay over the phone and she was extremely friendly the entire time. I will not hesitate to refer anyone I know to this place. Family owned businesses like this are my favorite places to support. Thank you Diane and crew for everything!

It has been wonderful to work with Red Mountain! We had our shower and bathroom tiled as well as our kitchen backsplash. Pedro did a phenomenal job! He is detail oriented and precise. Diane was also kind and wonderful to talk to. We highly recommend RM and ask for Pedro to complete your project!

It's just flooring, nothing life changing or exciting yes, BUT they stood by the job on our Clubhouse and repaired it. Bravo! Desert Sun in AJ.

Had our carpet stretched today by Dave and Jac, what professionals, they did a great job, causing us to not replace the carpet. Wow is that an expense we did not have to deal with. Nice step is cleaning, by Red Mountain of course.
Next flooring job is theirs.
