Professional work. Timely and a fair price. Left my yard clean after work was completed.
Would highly recommend. John Thomas -
Pat Gallagher Enterprise came out and removed 3 big trees, one entangled in the electrical wires, One by the house ready to fall, and another close to the house. They were very professional, and the price was fair, and they were so Fast!!!!!!!!! The clean up was so good that I could of gone right out and mowed my lawn without fearing limbs, or debris being run over.
Thank you for a job WELL DONE!!!!!!!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have trees removed. -
Pat's crew arrived on time and began to work. They thinned and trimmed two large maple trees, then made sure the yard was cleaned up before finishing the job. Would not hesitate to call Pat again. Many thanks!

Efficient six man crew and a reasonable price. They thinned out the lower half of a large sweet gum tree and part of a magnolia tree adjacent to the house. Their equipment allowed them easy access and the crew removed the debris.

In March of 2023 I had reached out to Pat Gallagher to have some tree work done. In the front I had two holly berry trees as tall as my 2-story home that I needed cut down, and a maple tree twice as tall as the holly trees in the back, which needed to be cleared of dead branches. Pat had his crew come out this morning and after waiting for a decent time to start work, early in the morning, they went to work. One crew worked on the front two hollies and a second crew went to work on the maple tree in the back. These guys knew exactly what to do, and they did so very efficiently. They were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. After they were done with both areas the areas were cleared of debris to the point that you would not know they had even been here if it were not for the missing hollies and trimmed maple. If you need tree work done, Pat Gallagher’s crew of tree experts is who you need to call.

TLDR: Bad ethics, bad communication, unsafe work behaviors.
They told me they use rope for safely cutting sections of tree branches at a height. Then proceeded to not use the rope and dropped a large branch on my new shed. They then deducted $$ from my bill and asked that I pay it after they repair my shed. The shed was never repaired (they ghosted me) and I had to do it myself in order to mitigate water damage to the wooden flooring. I now receive invoices for the last $$ that they claim I owe. I would avoid using this company if you care about your property or business ethics.
Side note, the ground was pretty wet when they came and their big crane left four 12” deep craters in my soil. No word from them on fixing that either.
Side note 2: they cut less branches than originally discussed, but due to the rest of their issues, I decided not to pursue it. -
It’s hard to find 5-star service of any kind these days with courtesy and a smile but Pat Gallagher Tree service didn’t disappoint! They removed trees and brush that lined my driveway and property line that looked more like a forest. Tree branches that pressed and rested on the house and roof not only made it easy for various critters to access the roof but also pushed on shingles and was pretty scary during storms but was cut back and removed. Some branches were entangled in electric wires but the team skillfully removed them. They made a potentially dangerous an obviously difficult job seamless. I found Pat Gallagher Tree service to be reasonable courteous and respectful of my home leaving it spectacularly cleaned. My neighbors are impressed. I highly recommend Pat Gallagher and his team of professionals!

Pat's crew did 8 trees for us. His crew was professional, efficient and they even cleaned up all of the debris! I really thought some of my flowers would get damaged that we're under the trees.... But the crew took their time and didn't hurt any of my plants. My husband Vince and I were very impressed with quality of work that they performed! We highly recommend them!

We needed 2 large trees trimmed in front, several volunteer trees in back trimmed or removed, and a row of massive burning bush thinned out. Pat responded quickly to my call for a bid; we agreed on services/price on Friday and he had a large crew here with a bucket crane on Monday. The crew began work promptly at 7 and was gone by 9:30. They did a great job, performing the work just as described, and left our property clean and free of debris. I would recommend.

Did not deliver as expected. There were several guys here but unprofessional and did not listen to a word that I had to say about their machinery and our sprinkler system. Regret hiring this company. Not sure they are “certified arborists”.

These guys are great. Arrived on time as promised. Checked with me about what they were going to do. Trimmed two big tall trees in my front yard. Hauled away limbs and branches. Cleaned up spotlessly. All in about an hour for a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Pat Gallagher trimmed our large trees and it was a great experience. They were professional, easy to work with and very quick with the service. He is also very thoughtful about the care and treatment of the trees, which is important to us. We are definitely planning to use him again.

Pat Gallagher and his team were amazing in a very difficult situation. They did a great job taking down our trees and removing all the downed limbs from our front and back yard. They were professional, competent and efficient. If I am ever in a similar situation I will use them again!

Pat Gallagher's tree crew trimmed and dead-wooded four trees in our yard - a cherry tree, redbud, dogwood, and silver maple. The 8-man team showed up promptly, worked quickly, and they were very friendly. They also did a good job cleaning up the area afterward. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did. We are quite pleased and highly recommend them.

Pat Gallagher Tree services were extremely timely and professional. The crew worked carefully and were able to deadwood 4 very large oak trees and remove a pine tree in less than 3 hours. They used a 72 ft bucket and the clean up was well done! Mr. Gallagher is a kind man and I will definitely use their services again!

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. My neighbor had contacted this company. I saw Pat giving an estimate, I asked him to give me a bid. The bid was to remove 1 large silver maple branch (10-12" parent cut) about 20 feet above and to top an old dead tree about the width of a telephone pole (see photos). These were both in my backyard. He initially quoted me $4500! I almost fell out of my chair (another company quoted me $1080 last year for the branch and to trim a few branches from the dead tree, but they never followed up). Pat negotiated down to $2000 which still seemed a bit high. I decided to give them a chance because Pat mentioned being a small company with 44 years of "excellent service". I wanted to help support the small business. He even raved about doing business with ex-Blues and ex-Cardinals.
During the initial interaction, I asked Pat about how they removed branches, if they used ropes, and (after sarcastic replies about dropping it on my shed), Pat assured me it would be done right with no damage. He mentioned that they use a lift which makes the process much more safe and effective. I asked if moving the lift would damage my yard. He said they put plywood down to avoid that and if it rains, they will not do the the job if the ground is soft and damp. Needless to say, it poured the night before.
Going against his Pat's assurance to me, the crew showed up after it rained all night and proceeded to move the lift to my backyard. They did put plywood down to transport it, but the ground was really damp. I was worried. As they began the job, I watched as the lift operator/trimmer cut large branches and launched them to the ground below. I had a stack of decorative river stones and cinder blocks (makeshift compost bin) that had numerous branches dropped on top of them, scattering many stones (see photo). They didn't bother re-stacking any. They certainly did not use ropes. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work. It was probably best because this was hard to watch. I was nervous the whole time branches were dropped from 25-30 feet above. On my way out, I tipped one of the laborers and thanked him (prematurely) for taking care of my yard (thinking he'd get the hint).
When I returned home, I was severely disappointed. There were two ruts in my lawn (approximately 5-6 feet long) where the lift was moved (see photo). A 12" diameter hole in the ground about 6" deep next to my shed (see photo; no shed damage) AND the large silver maple branch WAS NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED (see photo). The ribbon Pat tied on the tree to mark the branch during the bid had blown off in the wind storm. Pat contacted me the night before and I mentioned this to him and he thanked me and said he'd make a note. I went a step further. I printed a picture of the tree with the branch to be removed circled and left it for the crew to avoid this. They chucked it on the ground and left it there (see photo). I wish I would have been home to supervise.
To add insult to injury, a half-full water bottle was left in my yard on the ground and they didn't bother reattaching my downspout extender that they removed to get in the gate. It's the details that matter to me (especially after spending $2000 of my hard-earned money). I felt completely bamboozled and insulted. I guess my tip wasn't enough to "take care" of my yard.
Later that day Pat returned to collect his check and proceeded to tell me how good of a job they did and to go on Google and rate the experience. It was like he was trying to convince himself. He reiterated that small companies rely so much on these reviews. He never once asked me my satisfaction (I think he knew they did a lousy job). I was fuming. If this company did the same quality of workmanship for Pat's home as they did at mine, I think he'd be disappointed too. I think you should serve your customers the way you'd want to be served.
In response to Pat’s very late response: I would rather you fix what you messed up and make it right. Quite frankly, I doesn’t matter to me that this was a “teachable moment”….$2000 later. -
Pat's crew helped us trim some deadwood from a tree and remove a large limb that had fallen and was stuck in a tree in our yard. The pricing was very reasonable and the team was professional and considerate of our property. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I honestly cannot speak high enough of this company. They came out and gave a very reasonable bid to have a lot of work done in our backyard. We had trees Touching our house in the front and in the back. They cut back all the trees. It looks so much better!! It was done quickly and they didn’t leave anything behind. They cleaned up so well! Hire them, you won’t regret it!

Pat's team, which consisted of a six person crew, came to my house and did a great job of trimming twelve trees on my property. They also removed one small dead tree. They were very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up all the branches and leaves that fell. All the work was done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

Best in the business. I had several tall oak trees that required trimming, and Pat’s crew exceeded expectations from start to finish.
The team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They employ certified arborists who clearly understand what it takes to keep trees healthy and thriving.
Instead of climbing and damaging the trunk, they used specialized equipment to safely and efficiently access the canopy, which demonstrated both expertise and care for the trees. The results were outstanding—my yard now has improved airflow, and I feel much more confident that my home is protected from potential tree-related damage.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Pat and his team to anyone in need of expert tree care.
