This is our first time using A&O Texas Solutions. We found them on Google and had the pleasure of working with Diego and Luis on our fence which turned out beautifully. Diego and Luis were professional, knowledgeable, kind and went the extra mile. They were fast and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I seen your posting on Marketplace on Facebook and there are two doors cheaper than the Big Chain store and they had people to load it up for me.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From day one when I spoke to Andres to the last handshake after the job was completed, the process and job went so smoothly. Andres is a phenomenal communicator. He does not ever feel put out by questions and responds in a timely fashion throughout the entire job. I had neighbors I shared a fence with, and he went above and beyond to even ensure they were happy and taken care of after their original fence was taken down. Some of them loved my new fence so much and their experience that they even had A&O do work for them.

I could not be happier with our gorgeous fence. It is strong and sturdy and definitely looks like it will hold up for years to come. The quality of the fence is definitely impressive! Strong work A&O Texas Solutions!

After today's severe thunderstorm...the entire fence collapsed! In one of the photos, you can see that my neighbor's fence (more than ten years old) is still standing. We got ours installed in May 2023 (ours is the newest in our neighborhood) and we are the only one with a totally broken fence. There is an empty lot behind us so our security is very much compromised. Multiple fence companies has already dropped by and they all said the same thing - cheap and incorrect materials were used to build it. We paid $18,000 for the it and it only lasted for 1 year. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I hired this fence company last year. They did a beautiful privacy fence at such good price. It added so much character to our home. The staff that worked with us were very respectful, hardworking, and professional. I would also like to praise their very responsive customer service, as well. Every time that there is an issue with the job (mostly with our swinging gate), they respond and communicate with us and send their staff to come and fix it.

We’re very happy we chose A&O Texas Solutions Fence for our full fence replacement. Working with Jose was a great experience—he was quick to come out for an estimate from the start, their pricing was more reasonable than other estimates we received, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process while promptly addressing any concerns. He also followed up after the job was completed. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate Andres and his crew for my fence project. They came early in the morning and panel by panel my fence came together. By the end of the day I had a privacy fence that I always wanted. Andres and his crew are hard workers and pay attention to detail. The stain we selected was awesome and his crew finished some of the wood staining at the job site to complete the project. Alan and his team did a great job by removing my old fence and installing a new cedar fence in three days. my suggestion to A&O is to advise the customer and provide different options, but overall, I'm happy with their job and highly recommend them 👍

Alexis and his team did a fantastic job with my fence. Within 3 days they removed my old fence and installed a cedar board on board fence. Even were very helpful with last minute adjustments with no issues. Very accommodating and great quality work. Highly recommend

Update 4/9/2025:
I’ll have to lower my review from 5stars to 3stars after about a year and a few months of having the fence and terrible customer service. We had a storm last month that caused 4-5 poles to become slanted, which then caused the fence to lean. I took pictures and called up the company to ask if they could send someone down to take a look and give me a quote on how much it would cost to readjust the poles.

Not only did they not want to come out but they immediately started asking me how many new poles did I want to buy to replace them. I reiterated that I only need them adjusted and that the fence is only a year old and shouldn’t need replacing. They proceeded to say they could give 2 quotes, 1 for adjustment, and 1 for new poles.

I asked if I could get someone down here like they did when I was a new customer. They said that they were busy and they would reach out when they free up in a few weeks. Haven’t heard anything since. Adding the updated photos

Meet with Alan on a Thursday, and the team started that following Monday and finished the same day. Everything they said they would do, they did. Great communication from start to finished. The guys worked very clean and timely. I will definitely recommend using A/O Texas Solution for your fence needs. I'm so very pleased with the work that was done. It's an easy 5-star service!!!

Jose, my sales rep, offered me a great price and, more importantly, gave me solid advice. He took the time to understand what I wanted and recommended a cost-effective solution. The job was completed in just 1.5 days. The crew was efficient, and the fence looked beautiful

A&O did a fabulous job on our fence! Everyone was professional, easy to work with and quick! We first had them put up a gate. We were so impressed, we had them come back out and redo our entire fence. Everyone was fantastic! The price was really good. We had multiple companies come out and give us quotes. A&O was by far the best price even with better quality fencing. We got 8ft fence with stain and 2 gates. We would definitely recommend them!
