I couldn’t be happier with my new walk-in closet! The entire process was wonderful from start to finish.

Our designer, Amy, came to our home and really took the time to understand exactly what we needed. She asked detailed questions about how many shoes and clothes we wanted to store so the layout would truly work for us. She even met us at the showroom so we could see the different closet setups in person, which made it so much easier to visualize everything.

The installation team, Kevin and Albert, were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home—removing their shoes and keeping everything clean while they worked. They completed the entire beautiful closet in just one day, which was impressive. And a final shout out to Lara & Ian for resolving a small hiccup quickly and efficiently.

The finished result is absolutely stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking for walk-in closet inspiration and a seamless experience from design to installation!

The service master team that came to my home were perfenal and on time and keep me informed

We had a leak develop in our attic from the heat pump. They were out within a few hours to set up mitigation and checked daily.

After confirming that we had no asbestos in the ceiling, they removed the damaged area professionally and without any mess. The work area was sealed in with plastic and floor protection was put in place.

The entire team were courteous and respectful. They are genuinely proud of their work and seek to help customers get through the challenges of a home disaster.

Absolutely the best company to work with! We needed a house cleaned out after a death, and I called ServiceMaster, and they came that day to look at it (Rob Ruby was the so professional and helpful), gave us a price and started the next business day. They had a crew of guys that took care of everything, and worked from the back of the house so that no one saw that the house was being cleaned out. If I had any questions, I called their office and Jamie Phillips was right on it. Answered questions, and if she needed to get back to me, she did, right away. Rob, ken and their team were very helpful. They came in and communicated well set my expectations and delivered. Hopefully I never need this again but if I do or when in doubt I’ll call rob out.

Very positive experience with the ServiceMaster crew of Rob, Scott and Garrett. Great communication and very polite and respectful. While I hope I don’t have another incident at the house that will require ServiceMaster, it’s good to know the quality of service and people that they provide. I would t use anyone else.

With some ceiling water damage resulting from a pipe that decided to leak, ServiceMaster was called in. ServiceMaster was very prompt in assessing the damage and preparing it for restoration by Elite Construction. Communications were timely and clear. Despite our job being relatively small, there was no diminishing in the quality of ServiceMaster's care of and communication with us. Top Drawer.

Jesse did a perfect job removing our cabinets and installing our dishwasher. He worked quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond with any challenges! Highly recommend for any household projects!

We connected with Jesse on Front Porch Forum and feel like we really lucked out. He's the kind of person you want on speed dial. He's professional, thoughtful, and is an excellent problem solver. He's helped with a variety of projects and we have him lined up for more, from finishing wood cabinets to re-finishing a dresser to helping remove sheetrock dust from flooring. His prices are reasonable and he's been flexible about timing. Would highly recommend him!

I’ve hired Jesse to do a few repairs around my house, most recently cleaning my dryer vent and fixing an issue with my hot water heater. He’s always thorough, professional, and really does a great job. I’ll definitely work with him again in the future, and would recommend him to anyone!

While he was there daily to do the work, the quality was very poor . Everything form the dusty mess throughout my hose from the drywall work. even clogged my heaters filter. Seams left in the drywall repair. Drips and texture left by the painting. I found a soft spot on the ceiling where i looks like it was taped and painted, but had no underlying material. Paint was done poorly. maybe 1 coat in places. Don't think anything was wiped down or prepped before painting. Apparently you need to specifically state you want all holes patched, before painting. I really wanted this to be a good experience, He even came out to redo some of the items after I called out easily spotted issues in quality, but the list was just to much. Now I need to have most of the work redone to get it right.

The issue with the paint is that the walls were not cleaned from the drywall dust before painting. That is the cause of the peeling paint. This picture shows the old paint showing through the new paint. The bad caulking is me.

Highly recommended. Had Jesse come out to do some siding repair. His work is solid, but as important, his responsiveness was amazing. I reached out to half a dozen contractors, and Jesse was by far the most professional of the bunch. He responded very quickly and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Booked a date to do the work and it was done in a few hours. He also took the time to explain how the damage likely occurred, the best way to resolve it, and what he was doing during the work every step of the way. Very friendly, very knowledge, very skilled. Definitely going to have him come out and do some other projects for us!

Jesse did an absolutely amazing job making this jewelry organizer for my fiancee using a very limited amount of input (it was basically the dimensions), and he figures out how to do every part of it. He even had other suggestions like putting magnets under a thin layer of wood so more jewelry would magically stick to the sides, which I opted out of in the interest of time, but I never would have thought of things like that.

I've also got an awesome table that he built. It weighs something like 350 pounds, and whenever anyone walks into my house, people compliment it. It's the sturdiest table I've ever used. It's the second picture. I'd love to give Jesse credit for the stuff on the table, but he didn't make those.

Over the years, he's provided sage advice about everything from my car to how to hang my pots and pans in my kitchen, and it's probably saved me thousands of dollars that I could have dumped into it on my own.

EDIT 9/8/2020: Jesse has done a bunch more work on my house, notably hooking up the dehumidifier in my basement to the plumbing so I don't have to empty it twice a day in the summer, which has given me a lot more peace of mind when I leave for a few days. The basement no longer smells vaguely of mildew, and it's actually a nice cool place to hang out when it's too hot to be on the ground floor. Jesse also walked me through installing ceiling lights over the phone while I probably had COVID, and my basement has never looked more finished. Again, I can't recommend JPA Services enough.

James was very responsive, professional. We did an entire kitchen, bathroom, dining room renovation. He listened to what we wanted done, made some recommendations. He provided the budget and stayed within the budget. He also stayed within the time frame he quoted it would take, especially on how busy the market/trade is. We would definitely use James and Littlewoods again, as a matter of fact we already have him quoting our next project as the weather gets better,

Small family owned company who does a little bit of everything. I have used their septic pumping service and received several oil deliveries from them. They are very friendly, do not overcharge and have been willing to come out and help trouble shoot problems (even on a holiday weekend). I highly recommend.

Once again, Aaron Hoezel, James Gregoire & crew helped our family out. Couldn't ask for a more upstanding, reliable & attentive to every need company!
