Recently had a ceiling leak appear, and a bit of panic set in. Called CM Roofing for an estimate, and they were responsive. Received inspection and estimate just 2 days later. The inspection was very thorough, and estimate fairly priced. The repair process was very well done, which included replacing some damaged plywood. Carlos and his crew did a fine job, restoring my roof and my peace of mind. Fully recommend CM Roofing to family, friends, neighbors and review readers looking for help with roofing needs.

Carlos was extremely easy to work with, professional, and tedious with his work. He runs a great roofing company and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He has done at least 4 roofs in our neighborhood and we all are very happy with his work.

We had our roof done by Carlos and his crew this summer. They did great work! The estimate we got was clear and detailed and every step of the process was made easy! They were careful in their work and cleaned up thoroughly! Loved working with them!

Highly recommend! I felt comfortable working with Carlos, he didn’t try to pressure me into an up-sale. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and offered fair prices so I can make an informed decision without pressure. I’ve worked with other contractors doing various projects on my house, and he was the most efficient, down to earth and didn’t give off salesman vibes. The job went really good, they were on time and fast and my roof looks great!! Best in the neighborhood!

CM Roofing replaced our shed roof. They were knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, and fast. We are so happy with the results!

Unfortunately, I feel scammed. Not only did they not come back to finish (and repair) the concrete job that was supposed to be done this spring, they have blocked my calls, and ignore my emails. Truly disappointing…Unethical and unacceptable.
