We have always wanted a metal roof on our home. We attempted to get quotes from at least three other companies, but it's seems that they had trouble trying to fulfill our requests. Tyler, however, said "no problem." They worked great with our insurance company as well. We are so pleased with the work of the eRoof company and crew, and we simply love our new roof and gutters!

Needed new roof and got several bids. Chose eRoof for two reasons; representative was honest about whether new roof was needed and very thorough in talking about elements of cost. Process used was exceptional. (1) Did thorough examination of house itself so no disputes as to “damage”. (2) Product delivered and stacked on day 1. Crew arrives early day two and got roof mostly done in one day. On day three work was completed and care was taken in picking up all scraps and especially nails. (3) A supervisor took his time to personally inspect the work product himself and answered all questions I had. I would hire eRoof again and recommend them to others!

Tyler and his team did a great job replacing our well worn roofing which took some damage after the big hail storm we had last year. Tyler did all the work with the insurance representative for us and was a great advocate for getting the most from them. He led us through the process and the things we needed to do on our end. Once the team showed up, they were fast and tidy, doing a great job cleaning up afterwards. House and garage took less than a day and it looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eRoof to anyone needing roof work done.

Tyler handled everything from my hail damage insurance claim. He dealt with the insurance company and interpreted everything for me. I couldn't understand the insurance company claim so he just did everything and all I had to do was agree and sign. Best help I could have had. My wife saw a couple of watermarks appear on the ceiling after the heavy rain storms we had the last few weeks. Immediately we researched for a roof repair contractor and a friend recommended eRoof and spoke highly of their work. So I contacted them and a few days later Aaron Chouinard (Project consultant) came to inspect the watermarks and look for the problem. He found a roof vent had shifted and created a hole on the roof.
He took some pictures of the issue to show me and discussed what they will do to repair it. He was meticulous and accommodating and did not pressure me to get the work. When he gave me a rough estimate cost of the job and explained their warranty I hired him on the spot and gave him a deposit to start work. The following week their repair team arrived to work on the roof. They were quick and efficient, when the work was complete there was no debris on the yard and the driveway was clean. Then Edgar, the repair team supervisor, sent some pictures of the repair done on the roof, it shows a lot of impressive details and the finished work looks perfect to me.
Before starting work I made a request to Aaron, I wanted him to inspect the finished work making sure the hole was patched and the work was done correctly, as promised he returned and followed up on the request, crawling into the attic one more time to review the finished job for me. I was delighted. Thank you Aaron.
From start to finish their office staff Jennifer and Aaron kept me informed of the progress on the project schedule. The whole team were responsive, reliable, exhibiting excellent workmanship, courteous and professional.

We had a leak from our roof coming from one corner of our chimney. I wasn’t sure how it would be repaired but because our shingles were 15 years old I expected I would be told I needed to replace the whole roof. Reading the reviews (including the BBB) for eRoof convinced me to call them for a bid. Aaron C. came out and made his recommendations and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased to learn they would only need to remove a small number of shingles (about a bundles worth), not the whole roof. Surprisingly, though the color match isn’t perfect it’s still quite nice. The cost of the repair, though not cheap, was fair. My only complaint is because it is a “repair” they are not able offer a warranty. But, because of the company’s history I’m confident the repair will be successful. I highly recommend this company.

Aaron was great to work with answered all questions and very helpful with insurance company. They kept us very informed of schedule We have large steep roof and very high at spots. They managed the several day job very well and worked very hard to complete. Clean up was very t thorough, they dealt with information for inspector, and looks good. Would highly recommend

The bids for my garage roof varied, and were quite different. I had an anomaly in the roof where it would have created supplemental charges once the tear off was done. Some bids wanted to charge $1700 for OSB some crazy charges for a building that measures 261/2' x 14 1/2'. In my mind that open up for possibly even greater supplemental charges.
The 2nd bid I took was e-roof. Teddy came out to bid did a good job building integrity. He put together a bid that I couldn't put down. I agreed to their bid and the rest went along like clock work. I was really impressed with their crew. How they cared for the property, and how they took care of the anomaly that had plegged the roof for years along with having to deal with 5 layers of shingles which was a big reason for me hiring them in the first place. Thanks e-roof for doing a great job without killing me financially.

We love our new roof! Looks great, done efficiently within the expected time frame. The project lead, Edgar, was responsible and made sure issues that needed fixing were done correctly. He was also approachable and friendly. Our consultant Tyler was professional, thorough, and he helped me make a great color decision!

eRoof really came to our rescue this past summer. After the devastating storm that flattened much of Bemidji, we were one among countless residents who needed a new roof. We were lucky to go with eRoof. There were many roofers who visited our town, many of whom were quite unscrupulous. eRoof, from the start, was honest, open, and patient: responsive in answering our questions, thorough in assessing our damage, and completely fair in giving us an accurate and reasonable bid on the costs involved. In fact. their assessment of the damage came in at a price commensurate with that of our insurance company.
Other roofers we had previously spoken with, by way of comparison, came in at a much higher price and were extremely aggressive in their sales tactics.
eRoof, however, was both professional and understanding when it came to evaluating our needs. Garret Handeland conducted a thorough search of the roof and the attic, took into serious account the concerns we had about our cottage garden (which completely surrounds the house), gave us a fair price and considered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully.
eRoof waited, as we requested, until after the first several frosts, to begin their work and arrived precisely on time with a crew who worked unremittingly on each of the two days it took to complete their assignment. This also included repair to our chimney. We are extremely gratified with the result. The new shingles are handsome, a perfect match to our home, and of a quality far superior to that of the shingles we formerly had. They have the look, as many of our friends commented, of cedar shingles. The workers were respectful, painstaking, and professional. On completion, the foreman went over the entire roof, assessing the work and making sure that no adventitious damage occurred to the home's exterior.
Garret returned to look, with justified pride, on the completed job. It was clear from my conversations with Garret that, from the start, putting up a new roof was more than just a commercial venture. He was keenly involved in every facet of the work -- both the practical and the aesthetic -- and would only be satisfied if the job reflected the most scrupulous workmanship in both detail and execution. Quality was his first and foremost concern.

E Roof is awesome. Everyone that we worked with was professional and personable. Our gutters were installed quickly and the sales process was easy. We had toggled back and forth about gutters color and if we wanted to change our siding. They were patient as we made our decisions and continued to provide helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. E Roof is master class.
