Awesome price, absolutely beautiful fence, quality job! And very professional! They clean up after themselves! Definitely recommend!

The fence was installed, and for this they get one star. It was finished when it was getting dark out, and I was so happy to get a fence that I gave Anthony and his workers generous tips. When daylight came and I inspected the new fence, I noticed with disappointment that some of the materials were not what I paid for, they were obviously mismatched parts. Also, where they drilled into concrete for a couple fence posts, they caused cracks to form and they refilled the holes in a very sloppy, rough looking way. Before the job, I had been told this would be refilled to look like new. I called several times over the weeks following the job being done to ask for the correct parts to be added to my fence and the concrete to be fixed. I was told they would do this but they kept giving delays and excuses, so finally after waiting months, I gave up. Overall, the job was done in an unprofessional manner and I would not recommend Great Escape Fence Company.

So happy with Great Escape’s work. Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job for a great price. His vision completely transformed the front of my house. He also moved an existing gate door to another area. I am very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone.

I had Anthony come to level my yard to align with an existing drainage system and install sod. Most of the sod install was completed well, a portion received no top soil and is very uneven. They even laid sod on top of piles of leaves.

After repeated phone calls to correct a lazy drain pipe fix he returned but did not complete a fence post installation. As a result my dog was able to get loose. Would not recommend as he does not adhere to contracted work and asks for more money after the fact.

After a couple of small hitches - a hurricane and tree removal - I now have a nice new fence. My project was only a hundred foot fence but Anthony treated me very well. He's very easy going and his crew did a fantastic job.

I had to move my Fence back and also add some custom paver work at my home. Anthony and his team were flexible and worked with me hand in hand to customize all my needs. They were very responsive and accommodating to all my requests. I love the quality of work and my Backyard looks amazing. Would use and recommend them again. Thank you,

Can’t recommend Great Escape enough! Anthony and his team were super responsive, gave us an excellent price, and had our fence installed in one day. They even removed shrubs that were in the way of the fence installation area. Definitely use them for your next project!

3 weeks ago I contacted 5 different local fencing companies. I was given a variety of quotes in price and time to complete a fence. Anthony gave great recommendations specific to my yard, he gave the best price, and a 4-6 week window for install. He called within 2 weeks that the fence was in and he delivered and installed it yesterday. Very reliable and honest. HIs work is guaranteed for 5 years, the materials are guaranteed for life. Highly recommend!!

Anthony and his team were amazing. I needed a new privacy vinyl fence installed and I wanted me yard leveled because it was uneven. I had searched for weeks to try and find someone who could help and reached out to dozens of different people who either didn’t answer or never followed up after giving me a quote. I didn’t think I was going to be able to find anyone but then I call great escape and they came out the next day to give a free quote. He gave me a very reasonable price and he even managed to come out a day later to install the fence and then they were done. Plus the fence and leveling came out really nice. They did a quality job at a good price. I would highly recommend great escape if you need landscaping or a new fence installed.

The work took awhile to start. But kinda expected in the current economic climate. So far no complaints about the job. The work was explained beforehand. T hff e workers were efficient and professional. Actually, I'm very satisfied with what I paid for.

We needed a fence post repaired and met with Anthony who was very nice for the estimate. After that working with Cynthia was difficult - she didn’t put us on the schedule for 3 weeks until I reached out to her, then she scheduled for a 2 day time window but didn’t show the first day and mid the next day after I contacted them told us they would try to squeeze us in. I asked if that meant they might not come and she said yes. I asked to reschedule to the next day so that we didn’t have to wait on standby and have our day wasted. She called me and lectured me
that landscaping was weather permitting (we know this, of course but they were working both days as she said?). I told her we were flexible on timing but that if they scheduled themselves to be there, we’d like them to be there as that’s basic professionalism. The call ended with a plan to reschedule. She immediately called me back, told me she and Anthony didn’t like how I spoke to her and that they didn’t want to do business with customers like me before hanging up. Yikes! I guess they expect us to shut up and not complain, after we waited around for 2 days at home, and just let them stand us up with no call, no show. Stay away, there are plenty of better companies out there doing this kind of work.

Although the wait was longer than expected, Anthony was very quick to respond to my update questions; I can't fault any fence company for delays due worker shortage at the factories. Other than that, communication was excellent, and the fence looks great. The team worked hard and got 170 ft of fence installed in one day (including the removal of the old chain link fence). The price was also much more competitive than any other fence company that I contacted for an estimate.

Anthony provided a competitive price for the removal of an old wooden fence and installation of a new one. The work was completed in a day. Anthony and his workers were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. Highly recommend!
