They charged a fair rate to trim my sycamore tree they weee there in a day and done the same day. Highly recommend.

I mean they are one team taking on a bunch of projects and they still manage to get it all done, price good, attention to detail, and Timmy and Darrel are just the nicest!

The roof leaked after they put on a new roof. We came in and repaired it . Leaked again. Would not return calls. Will never use again

Tuesday May 7th I called in and spoke with Greg to have a small leak diagnosed. I was told someone would be out that day. 9 days later, no one has come out; I keep being told that they need the 40 foot ladder, which apparently can't be done in 9 days. This company is a joke, find a real roofing company.

Years ago Mike Rose did our roof, siding, windows lots of work and we regret getting this company. He did not make good on everything that came apart, broke, wasn’t put together right. We even have companies now telling us that they won’t work on anything that Mike Rose have touched!!! Do yourself a favor and save the headaches!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! ROOF IS STILL UNDER WARRENTY AND HAS LEAKS AND HOLES! NEED TO REPLACE A 2 YEAR OLD ROOF COMPLETELY!! ROSE WON'T ANSWER CALLS AND I WOULDNT TRUST HIM TO DO THE REPAIRS ANYWAY.

Even if they are a good family and good at what they do (which I doubt) they sure don’t know how to talk to people without disrespect. People who have to convince others that they are good people, normally aren’t good people. Their actions should speak for themselves and clearly, they speak the opposite.

Did not keep appointment or return calls after not showing up for appointment to bid on trees removal and pruning or roofing bids as promised the day before scheduled appointment. No calls to apologize for not showing up as scheduled by them or returned call to explain why not showing up for appointment or reschedule.

The owner only pays employees when their “feet are moving”, and it looks like he gives customers looking for properly done work that they’ve paid for the same run around he gives his employees looking to be paid for work that they’ve done. Treats people like 🗑️, and lies through his teeth. Yikes 😬

Tim Rose is extremely unprofessional and a thief. He pays under the table to avoid paying taxes and having to deal with the IRS. He illegally took out false fees (ex: $100 wasting my time fee and $40 drawl fee) on one of his now former employees. He also claims he gave another employee the cash that was supposed to go to former employee, which is highly illegal. Kobe Rose, Tim’s son, is also highly unprofessional for being rude to former employee and for trying to send the $100 that was illegally taken to try and hush the former employee and his wife. Both Tim and Kobe should be investigated by the IRS. See attached photos for evidence.

Mike Rose roofing put a new roof on my house and they did an outstanding job. They worked till dark or later each day. (Saturdays and Sundays too) Workers were polite and did an outstanding job. Mike knew enough to know the insurance company under bid the damage to my roof and was able to have them pay me more. Overall, I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. They also put gutters on. Great business!

Brought me a contract on July 8th, took a deposit of $4700. Said, the dumpster and material would be here in two days, no materials, no dumpster. Come to find out. Rose Roofing doesn’t have an occupational license in Saint Joseph. I asked for a refund, and they gave me a check that bounced- insufficient funds check. Had to threaten them with prosecution to finally get my money back. Do NOT do business with these people, unprofessional. Lie and cheat

They left huge rutts in my yard, the owner promised to come back and fill them in and resead but never showed back up. He made this promise 3 different times and never called or came back. Terrible work crew, even used.my yard tools without asking and then just left them laying out in the rain when done.

I found them highly-rated after checking the web for roofing repairs near me. Called them and their roofers came after one hour. They are responsive, friendly and the job completed was impressive. Thank you so much

I had called several companies and only one responded, then never got back with me on anything even when I reached out. I gave up and called Rose Roofing. They were out within a week to take a look the chimney on my very high roof. They were then out the following week to get back up and fix the potential problem. I am so pleased with their response time and the fairness in price. They told me if I suspect it is still leaking after a rain to give them a call and they will come back. I will update after a rain but I am just so happy they came out and hopefully it's fixed. Thank you Rose Roofing!

The professional flat roof repair team from this company exceeded our expectations. They quickly identified the problem areas where the leak is coming from. Guys who did the repair were meticulous and thorough, making sure that our is now leak-free and durable.

Their awesome! Public Works fixed the crosswalk light within two days at 103rd/King St. that I reported. We can depend on them. Fixed potholes that I reported in Shawnee also several months ago animously. They did an excellent job between 75th and 69th and Quivira!

They’ve left a metal plate in the street not covering anything for over 3 weeks. The plate is loose and just makes noise all day and night. 6 phone calls and “work orders” in for it and nothing has been done in 3 weeks. Lawyers are getting involved now. People
