Tim Philips and his team totally came to my rescue after a raccoon demolished the inside of my parents’ house that was for sale. Even during Covid, they worked in a timely fashion to make everything as good as new! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the response of each crew and the work that they did. The house sold and the buyers were also very pleased with the results. So thankful for Tim and his crews.

After small mold damage to ceiling and walls contacted superior and had nothing but good experiences from first point of contact to last. They were on time professional worked clean and went above and beyond. Have used multiple other contractors in the time we lived in this house and none even came close to Superior. Have already recommended to friends and neighbors.

They were very nice to work with. Quick response and professional. There were other companies that came and tried to get us to do more work than was necessary, but Superior was honest about what we needed, I I really appreciate that.

Christy, Kevin and crew were the Most Amazing team I have ever worked with! They took care of everything! The insurance company was terrible. But Superior Restoration rocked! Seriously, I recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Christy!

I can't say enough good things about Superior Restoration. Our basement flooded after our water heater rusted out. Mr. Chumbly was at our house within a couple of hours of our phone call and restoration work began that afternoon. The crew was polite and punctual. All of our concerns about the work were addressed in a timely and no hassle manner. We will certainly recommend Superior to our family and friends. I hope we never need restoration services again, but if we do, Superior will be the first company we call.

Would not recommend, They don’t communicate and will enter your home without permission. Very unprofessional and the owner is very nasty, He wouldn’t take responsibility or even apologize. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. Christy was also very rude and acted as if she knew everything and didn’t care to listen to her customer. Team is unprofessional they wanted to cut corners to make more money and put us back in a home with mold. Serve Pro was wonderful. I have pictures, messages, video recordings, and recorded phone calls. Very disappointed in this company.

We had some small flooding in our kitchen and Christy came out within a couple hours. She did an assessment, gave us the information we needed to prevent any damage to our home, and revisited in a few days to make sure everything was improving with fans and a dehumidifier. She was very professional and saved us from some extensive water damage. Will 100% be using Superior Restoration of Kentuckiana again in the future!

A big tree really did a number on my garage as a storm was moving in. They had their tree guy over quickly to remove it and get a tarp over what was left before the rain started. They had a full crew over soon after to brace it all up and stabilize till the insurance company can catch up. I was stressed and they got me through it. Thanks.

I want to thank Superior Restoration and specifically Tim Phillips and his crew for doing such an amazing job on restoring my Father's house after a fire. Mr. Phillips kept us informed along the way as to what was being done and he and his crew were always happy to stop and talk to us and answer our questions along the way. The care in restoring my Father's home is evident in the restoration of the interior and exterior of the house. They even stepped up and did some things that were not expected, but were necessary to make the home look its best. This was a very difficult time for my family and Superior Restoration and especially Tim Phillips and his crew made this process as smooth as they could for us. Awesome! They were quick to respond and get the damage stopped and got a detailed estimate very fast. Completed our huge water damage job in less than 10 days! No mess, on time, and very professional staff and crew! Highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring, or damage repair. They are the BEST!

We had a leak in our basement from a bad sump pump, and Superior was the nicest, most compassionate company to interact with during a very stressful time. The work on our floors, drywall, and paint went flawlessly and looks so professional! Christine and her crew are amazing to work with!

I could never say enough about how wonderful an experience we had with Superior Restoration. Having never been through a tree falling on our house, there were things we didn't know about, but Christy always took time to explain what was to happen and answered every question I had. Her humor, kindness, and work ethic made her a pleasure to work with. As for the crew who did all the repairs...I have nothing but good things to say. They worked so hard every day, were so polite, and put everything back better than it was before. There was a fire in my apartment building but we weren't allowed back in the building for over a month. In that time, my wet and smokey belongings developed mold. I called three restoration services, but Superior was the first one on the scene and the only one to actually send a quote.
They worked with the strict time restrictions I was given to get into my apartment, collect and transport my belongings and give me a revised cost of their service.
Sadly, there wasn't much to recover.
But I highly recommend Superior over any other more recognized companies.
They have made an awful experience more bearable.

Wonderful experience with this company! We had a problem with another restoration company who had started the work in our home and contacted Superior Restoration of Kentuckiana for a second opinion. The Project Manager, Jordan Rookstool came out immediately and was so kind and informative. He explained the process professionally and helped us understand what to expect without ever being negative toward the company that had begun the work. In the end, we ended up allowing the initial company to right their wrong because they had started the job, but would have rather used Superior Restoration from the beginning if we had known. We had a major water leak with significant damage. Tim Phillips and his crew were AMAZING!! We feel that they went above and beyond what we had even imagined. During the restoration process, we decided to add some things into the project and they completed those with hesitation.

I can't say enough about how responsive/reasonable/reliable Adam was! Our ridge cap blew off in a storm & it was very difficult to find a licensed "roofer" (not a handyman) to come out and repair it. Not only did he: Return my call in 10 mins., Adam repaired our roof the very next day! We have a 3 story 12/12 pitch, so not exactly an easy repair. Thank You Adam for your excellent service.

Jay did an awesome job removing a very large oak tree that was tucked tightly between our house and power lines.
We had one company no quote it. Everyone else said they had to bring in an expensive crane. Not Jay. He roped every piece down perfectly with no damage to anything. The tree and the 5’ diameter stump are all gone.
And his price…significantly lower than any other quote I was able to get.
I highly recommend him to anyone having tree work done.
