Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

Nathan did an excellent job building my mom’s ADU on our house. He was very professional and dependable. The workmanship on our job was outstanding and was done in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Capital Construction.

After many bad experiences with contractors, working with Capital Construction was the best choice we made when we went through an extensive remodel. Nathan was thorough in addressing all issues, corrected previous work done, prevented future problems, and surpassed our expectations and industry standards.

Nate and his team did great work. On short notice they correctly completed the rebuild of our flood damaged home after another contractor abandoned us after demo. With honest and open communication he got the job done on schedule as promised. We'll call Capital first next time.

We hired Nathan to build an outdoor kitchen/dining structure and a large trellis. If you are looking for a quality, Capital Construction is who you want to hire. The level of communication never had me doubting the next step of the process. Nathan is thorough, has fantastic communication skills and genuinely cares about the end product and your happiness. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. You can’t go wrong with hiring Capital Construction!

We have been very satisfied with Nathan and the work his company has performed for us (a lot of work). His attentiveness to making sure a job is done correctly is very important to us. His ability to recommend great ways to solve a problem before it even exists, is priceless (solving our front lawn drainage issue). His is our go-to Contractor.

Capital Construction did a fantastic job building the bathroom in my backyard. The quality of their work, communication, and customer service are second to none. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the project. Look no further, and call Nathan!

Look no further! I interview thoroughly many contractors and Nathan was the absolute full package! From there, he only delivered even more than expected. If I had to use just one word I’d say TRUSTWORTHY! Thank you Nathan and team!

Nathan has for the most part a great crew. Hard workers. Nathan was always available during our addition. There's always a problem or 3 in construction. Nathan and his crew handled whatever came up quickly and efficiently. We are happy with the work done. I would hire and recommend Capital Construction.

Nathan is his company are top notch. Great communication and outstanding attention to detail.

I was so fortunate to find a company like Capital Construction to beautify my home with additional square footage and offer many cost effective products and design choices. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. Nathan gathers a great group of professionals to work on the projects and gives the client peace of mind. Your investment dollars are well spent with Capital Construction.

Nathan had his team at Capital Construction helped me to achieve my dream home!
They literally tore out exterior walls and gave me floor to ceiling sliding glass doors on two separate walls giving me an incredible view of the resort backyard we worked so hard to create.
But not just the big projects, the small ones as well. Minor tile jobs and repair work, they do it all.
Professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail are what they bring to the table. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Last December our home suffered a bad water leak in our kitchen that damaged everything from our drywall, all of our kitchen cabinets and about 90% of our flooring. Nathan and his team were highly recommended to us by one of our friends that was also experiencing water damage that they were repairing.
Nathan came to assess our homes damage, he was professional, compassionate and thorough by making sure to take pictures and measurements. He answered any and all questions we had and also asked us important questions that we wouldn’t have thought of. Nathan was there every step of the way. He showed up with the crew to make sure we were all on the same page about what work was going to take place and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We were right to trust him and his team to restore our home.
We recommend Capital Construction to everyone. Every person we worked with was professional and polite. They also made sure to clean up any loose screws/ nails and dust after each work day which we were so grateful for because we have a toddler in our home. Capital Construction will make sure your home is taken care of and leave it better than it ever was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Nathan, Jamie, Eddie and the rest of the team for putting us at ease at such a stressful time in our home. We are completely in love with our home and the work you all did.

Major inside and outdoors total remodeling done . You cannot find a more honest and trustworthy contractor! He’s done small and large jobs over the last two years and have never been disappointed in the detail of the work he puts forth.

We used Capital Construction for three different projects. The largest were new baseboards for the entire house and a mudroom. We could not have asked for a more thorough, professional experience. The Capital team was punctual, got the work done within their estimated time, corrected aesthetics promptly, and were neat and tidy! This high standard of work accompanied with the best customer service is hard to find. We are happy to have found Capital Construction and will continue to use them for our home improvement projects!

My friend recommended this company to us and we’re very happy that we decided to work with them. Because Capital Constructions did an amazing job for our extended room. Nathan was very professional. If I have any changes or not happy with their works. He arrived immediately and looked at it and fixed it. Also,
he explained step by step what will do next. His guys arrived on time, polite and cleaned the mess after work which I liked it because we have two puppy dogs. I absolutely recommended this company. I guarantee that they will do great the same thing they did to ours.

We had a wonderful experience with Capital Construction and Nathan Jones. Nathan has great attention to detail and was on site just about every day he had crew here, providing guidance, instruction and checking on work quality. Nathan does high quality work, is very communicative and responsive to our needs. I couldn't recommend Nathan and Capital Construction more highly.

This is a great company to work with! We were in need of a few different jobs at our house: prep a large area of concrete floors for new flooring, replace a sill plate, replace moisture damaged drywall and texture match. Everything got completed on time, exactly as it was promised, and with no surprises. Every single person coming to the house was punctual, professional and knowledgeable of their profession. We will surely contact Nathan again for our future projects at the house.

Nathan did the most remarkable job of building my 2 bed apartment over the garage. It turned out even better than I has envisioned. He does quality work, even with COVID causing many delays and setbacks. He was always professional, honest, and focused on giving me all I asked for. He stayed within the estimate he had given and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Capital Construction for any of your construction needs.

Beautiful ADU. Professional with great communication.
We hired Capital Construction, and Nathan, to build an ADU in our backyard. We are thrilled with the results. Nathan walked us through the permitting process and was a professional communicator from beginning to end. Capital Construction had to over come numerous obstacles with weather and the city of Murrieta, and they handled it all in stride; all while providing amazing quality. This is exactly what you want in a general contractor and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to do business with. Quality work and very reasonable in terms of cost. We had them repair our front door frame and are very pleased with the work done. We will definitely call again as projects come up.

Capital Construction, Inc. is by far the best Company for all of your construction needs. We were referred to CCI by our pool contractor. We showed Nathan, the owner, a 3-D rendition of what we wanted and he had the plans drawn up, had the engineering taken care of, and dealt with the City of Murrieta Building Department through plan check, approval, inspections and final.

The finish product is exactly what we wanted without exception. Nathan kept us informed every step of the way. If we had any questions or concerns, he answered them immediately. All of his employees are very professional and personable. We are very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Nathan for any and all construction needs you may have.

CCI built a glass block wall on the rear of our property, a full width covered balcony with glass railing, waterproof decking, lighting and fans. CCI also built a TV wall including a fireplace, lighting, fan, and alumawood cover for our sunken bar area.

Nathan and his employees are truly professional and take great pride in their finish work product. 5 stars to Nathan and all of the employees that made our dream backyard a reality!
