Outstanding........Gary and Tammy and their team are like no other homebuilders in this part of Idaho. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of our home and they definitely were part of the creative process as well as the construction. Huge value add there! They know quality and they care about delivering it to their clients. As you can see from the photos, they have built amazing residences in southern Idaho and I wouldn't trust anyone else for a task such as this.

We just completed our build with Northern Construction, and we are extremely pleased to be living in our dream home! Northern does a fantastic job of making your vision a reality, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how our home turned out. Everything was a top of the line experience in every sense of the word. If you are looking for a completely custom luxury home builder, look no further.

Great work Norther Construction...
Me and my brothers were driving through the neighborhood yesterday, through hundreds of homes I noticed some thing that stood out from all,
And it was A House that Northern Construction built, It was so good looking end thought through that I decided to pull over...
Luckily the agent was there and was able to give us a tour...
And I fell in love with the floor plan of the house, me as a builder my self, I built many homes before so I know a great floor plan when I see one...
This home had everything that I thought of for my next home for my self like 90% of my ideas I had in my mind...
anyways I had to share about my experience with Northern Construction
Keep up the great work...

Exceptional quality and attention to detail! Their craftsmanship truly stands out. Highly recommend!

With the challenges of building in a historically significant area requiring added sensitivity, the Innovative Craftsmanship team kept our project fully on track. Their professionalism and “can do” attitude, along with their exemplary and professional crew, made the building process seamless and we were able to move into our lovely home in a realistic time frame and with our visions fully and skillfully executed.

After 40 years in our house, we finally did a major remodeled. One of the most stressful parts of a remodel is that you’re worried about picking the right Contractor. Clark and his crew did a great job! They listened and address any concerns that we had. His attention to detail was uncompromising! The job was completed on schedule and no issues with the inspections from the city. We picked the right, Contractor!!

Clark Brooks owner of Innovative Craftsmanship did a major renovation for me. It involved removing the roof and replacing termite damaged support beams. The repair work was excellent. Clark's two supervisors, one for carpentry and one for electrical are great. They are knowledgeable and hands on keeping the work continuing and solving any problems which arose during the repair work. While the repair was going on, we added room lights, a couple ceiling fans and new electrical outlets. Clark knows the latest trends and best practices for construction. Our lights are smart lights, the attic now has solar roof vent fans, and we have a whole house fan with remote controls. We added a large patio and balcony combination. Clark was able to save installation costs through his knowledge of current construction details. We love our balcony. It has outside stereo speakers and is set-up for a natural gas fire pit. We also added security cameras and permanent "Christmas" lights around the roof perimeter. Clark has the necessary contacts allowing easy integration with the other work being done. About 2 months after the work was finished we had a minor problem with the soffit trim. Clark arranged for repairs quickly at no cost to me. It is nice to know Innovative Craftsmanship has ownership for the work they do.

Clark and his team did an incredible job remodeling our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exactly what we were looking for—everything feels solid, thoughtful, and high-end. He was personally involved throughout the project and never cut corners. We’ve already recommended him to several friends and would gladly work with him again!

We hired Innovative Craftsmanship for what turned out to be an incredibly ambitious whole-home remodel and addition in North Tustin. From the start, Clark was more than just a contractor — he became a trusted advisor and problem-solver. Over several years, he worked closely with our architects and engineers, helping us navigate the many complexities of updating a 1970s home into something truly modern and functional. The level of care and detail he brought to every decision was remarkable; from structural challenges to finish selections, Clark made the process feel manageable — even enjoyable. His creativity and commitment showed through in every room, and he always brought thoughtful solutions to the table. We’ve been thrilled with the results. The transformation of our home exceeded expectations, and we’re so grateful to have had Clark guiding the process from beginning to end. If you’re looking for someone who’s invested in your vision and will see it through with professionalism, artistry, and integrity — Clark is that person.

Clark and his wonderful team at Innovative Craftsmanship were the perfect fit for our home remodel. From the very start we were so impressed with Clarks understanding of our vision and his in-house designs went above and beyond our wildest imagination. More than just another remodel, Clark reimagined the entire property including an ADU unit, landscaping, and of course the house itself. He turned our concerns and challenges into solutions with thoughtfulness and skill.

Working with Clark was an amazing process from design to build. He took a 70s tract house and turned into something truly modern and unique. From a custom tequila cabinet built under the staircase to a full backyard demo and transformation into a modern resort-style pool. He took our vision and helped bring it to life. The whole team is professional and obviously skilled at what they do. Looking forward to many more projects in the future.
