The real estate agent there is Geoff Harris. He is always up front and will tell you anything you want to know.

I leaning towards this builder

Looking forward to doing business with them.

I got a call back from my message and the information about their services that I was looking for.

Janice was a great help and we look forward to seeing what our retirement home turns out like.

Walter Radd built our current home almost ten years ago and we couldn’t be happier. The overall design/build process was great. Even now with the house nearly ten years old, we are very happy with the construction and reliability of our home. We highly recommend Radd Builders.

I love my home that was built in 5 years ago. I want them to build me another home again.
Thanks for the job well done!

100% recommend Glen, Kellyn and the GSquared team if you are considering a home construction project. They completed a 4 month home renovation on time, on budget, communicated openly throughout the process and the work was professional and high quality. They are terrific people and worth calling if you're looking for a great contractor.

Glen is a true professional! He tore our house to and re-built it and did a beautiful job! Loved working with him !

We chose G Squared after meeting with several builders. We loved them from the get-go and feel so fortunate to have found Glen and his team. The whole team takes so much pride in their work and are meticulous! They helped us in all the areas where we knew nothing and supported us in the places where we knew exactly what we wanted. I can’t say enough great things about everyone that worked on our home. Everything was done as per the schedule and our home was ready on time, as promised. The handoff was also so incredibly thoughtful and we love and use all the beautiful gifts they shared with our children and the two of us. We still tell people about how incredible they all were! Our only regret is that we only had one house to build with them :)

G Squared is the builder you don't think actually exists - honest, transparent, communicative, and high quality. From start to finish they brought a level of professionalism the likes of which I've never seen in a contractor before. While I had G Squared do a relatively small job in Moraga, I have separately built a house (not in the Bay Area) with another contractor and had what I would consider a "typical" contractor experience; I wish G Squared could be everywhere I need a contractor!

Glen and crew at G-Squared Construction are top notch full service design build in the Lamorinda area. The project went well with excellent communication and beautifully finished home in a timely manner. Highly recommend their services!

Working with Glen, Kellyn (who runs the back office and helps with design), and their whole crew has been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE -- not something commonly said about working with contractors! They did a major remodel of our kitchen and primary living area in 2017. The end result was beautiful, and they were easy to work with through the process. While there were unexpected issues that popped up -- as there always are in a big project -- we always knew that we could work with Glen to work through them and find solutions.

When it came time to remodel our four bathrooms in 2021, we chose not to get other bids for the project because we knew that Glen's quote would be reasonable, the work exceptional, and the process seamless. We are about to get started on some other projects and again, we will go directly to Glen for his help and hope that we can fit into his schedule.

Beyond the work on official projects, we've been able to rely on Glen for emergency needs at our home, including a panicked call when our lower level flooded the day before we were leaving on vacation. Glen and his crew took care of the situation while we were away, allowing us to have a worry-free vacation because we knew we could trust him to handle everything without exploiting the situation and us with an astronomical bill. In short, we trust him and I don't discount how valuable it is to have relationships like that.

Grateful that we met Glen back in 2017, and especially grateful that we can now call on him as our most trusted contractor -- and importantly, a friend!

We loved working with G Squared Construction! We did a remodel of our kitchen and staircase while replacing all our wood floors and repainting baseboards. They did such a beautiful job. All of G Squared's employees were respectful and professional. Glen was great with communication and scheduling and very detail oriented. We will definitely hire them for our next job. Can't recommend them enough!!

G squared did such an incredible job installing our exterior light fixtures. They went above and beyond our expectations—we still comment today on how well they executed the project, and not only that, the attention to detail from this team is unparalleled. Great communication. Quality work. Zero surprises and wonderful people all around. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Glen and Kellyn at G Squared were the perfect fit for our kitchen remodel. They and their skilled team worked through several challenging components during our quick turn-around project that involved the removal of several walls and the installation of a huge structural beam to replace them. I couldn't be happier with the way they completed their self-performed work and managed their sub-contractors, all while keeping me in the loop on every facet of the operation using their digital project management platform and direct communication. The attached pictures were taken from the exact same spot in our home.

Built me a great looking fence, would definitely recommend.

Superb Quality and Fast execution
