Platinum Decking did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Jeff (sales), Rob (built our custom gate), Jordan and Austin (were the installers) all were very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone who has seen our deck says it is beautiful.

Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our front steps railing. Rob is very aware of and good with detail. They’re very kind to work with and their work speaks for itself. So grateful!

Had old deck demolished and new deck put in using the Trex composite decking. The new deck looks fantastic, super modern, more spacious and durable. Many thanks to Tony and Connor for working hard during the cold winter season to get the deck finished. They were on time everyday, courteous and kept me updated regularly on the progress. Platinum Decking took care of all permits, inspections, dumpster drop off and pick up. We will certainly enjoy our new deck and so will our pooches. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with having my deck replaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The time it took was better than expected. Deck Replacement

My family and I couldn't be happier with our new deck. From start to finish everyone involved were incredibly professional, polite, and most of all punctual. Any questions and concerns I had were answered promptly and without hesitation. The crew was great and worked fast. The whole process was made so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

We choose Platinum to do our project after looking at a few different contractors. Our project was challenging because we wanted a new deck above a new patio for our walk out basement which required alot of coordination between the patio crew and the deck crew.

Breanna was very helpful with the development of the design and worked through multiple iterations until we were happy with it. She was great to work with. We coordinated some details that were brought to life very well.

Special thanks to Rob for managing the construction on site and assuring the design vision was met. Max was the lead carpenter on the job and did an exceptional job making sure it's constructed with quality and on schedule. Shout out to Omar as well who was by Max's side the whole job and also did an excellent job.

Overall we are very happy with our experience from beginning to end and highly recommend Platinum. The job was on schedule and on budget.

I highly recommend Platinum Decking in Naperville (who also does patios). They aren’t the cheapest, but their end product is OUTSTANDING. They actually pour a small concrete edge around the patio so that your pavers don’t shift- far better than the plastic edging most companies install. Their service was excellent and the guys who installed everything worked so fast.

I am so impressed with Jeremy (the owner) who checked on our project and answered my questions. And again, his install team was fast, efficient, and did high quality work.

Had a Deck done by Platinum Decking and it came out Beautiful. Had it done in spring.
In the Fall I noticed the Bottom Fascia warping or Bowing out.
I called Platinum Decking up and they responded immediately. Had me send them some pictures.
I got a call From Matt there warranty man and he set up a time and came out and Repaired the problem the next week.
Matt was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with repair. He did an excellent repairing the problem.

Communication was top notch, everyone was responsive, trustworthy, transparent, informative and very friendly, from the initial design consultation (Breanna) through final selections and ultimately the construction process (Max and Rob) was great. Very pleased with our deck and how it turned out (our cat loves it too!).

I had a wonderful experience from sales Bronz Gissler to the builder Armondo. I had a new deck in 6 days as promised. I couldn’t be happier with Platinum and definitely will recommend. They were fast efficient and cleaned up after every day of work.

Platinum Decking were an amazing company to work with. From Adam in sales to Danny and crew doing the work. They were always on time, worked through good and not so good weather. We are thrilled with the fence that Platinum Decking installed in our backyard earlier this month! You would never guess that this is the company's FIRST fence installation (the quality is top-notch!). We went with a white composite fence, with sections of six-foot privacy and a shorter picket and it looks beautiful. We're so grateful to Scott and his team for working with us on this project - their professionalism, quality and customer service were excellent. The project manager and workers were all helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was done as they promised, in the time frame they promised. My mother and father-in-law live in Schaumburg and were interested in replacing their deck on the back of the house. They spend a ton of time on their deck, which my father-in-law maintained over the years by himself. However, it was at the point where it needed major renovation work. Plus there were a number of places where the deck needed to be redesigned to make it safer for the two of them (They are both in their late 80's).

I told them to work with Platinum Decking, who a friend of mine worked with to replace their deck (and was very happy). The Platinum Deck team quoted a great price and worked very closely with my father-in-law (an engineer himself) on the design and installation work.

The deck was finished late last fall on time and on budget. And now that the weather has turned warm this spring, my in-laws are out on their deck almost every day. I can see happiness in their faces when they are out on that deck!

I own a log home with a cantilever front porch/deck which needed replacing after 25 years and decided to work with Platinum Decking due to its unique requirements, and their confidence in design and in tackling any unknowns which could and did show up.

The final solution using TimberTech decking and Trex Signature railings was even better than we hoped for. The structure is solid, the product is fantastic and the workmanship is excellent. We expect this new porch/deck to look and perform like new for a very long time, with minimal maintenance.

I need to mention working with Rob Baumgartner throughout the project from planning through completion has been superb and appreciate his professionalism.

And we were very impressed with the 2 man crew who spent 1.5 weeks with us doing the teardown and rebuild.

Impact Solutiond NW LLC did a great job removing my 30 year plus old cedar fence and installing a new cedar fence. It was completed in a timely manor and looks beautiful. I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fence.
