Home Services reviews in Claymont, Delaware

Had a flood in my basement due to a frozen pipe that destroyed flooring and some walls. The Coit technician came and got things dried and done with answering all my questions. Very professional.

I would give zero stars if I could! Avoid this company at ALL COST! Their lack of professionalism is atrocious, they are not an honorable or respectable company, they lie and bully and are dishonest. They miscommunicated, canceled, I lost 3 days of work and they felt no reason my services should be discounted...at all! After the third Go around with their dishonest company, I told them I would just find someone else!! What an awful experience and a huge waste of time!

COIT transformed my experience and my business with their services. Their service is more than exceptional. Timely, professional and reliable is the character of this company.

Adriese and his team were very professional. Completed the job timely and relieved a lot of stress! Adriese communicates well and ensures you are very happy with the work.

I had my whole house cleaned and Brian did an excellent job at a good price. House smells and looks great. I have very old carpet that I thought could never be cleaned and he made them look like new.

Idrees provided an estimate that was reasonable in a knowledgeable and professional manner. The cleaning, sanitizing and sealing of the ceramic tile in my kitchen, family and bathroom area was completed with exceptional expertise.
Highly praise COIT who is now my first call for service in my home.
Recommend COIT highly and scheduling them for my hardwood floors.

Humberto and his team are fantastic! They are consistently on time, on budget. They recently replaced my mailbox post and left the area around the repair looking better than when they started. Highly recommend!
