Tim lafferty, plumber was absolutely wonderful taking a ride out to house to give me an estimate on installing toilets. He was respectful, polite, knowledgeable & very professional. Searching for quotes but if I hire AirTemp I will definitely be recommending for Tim to do the job. Thx Tim, hope to see you soon.

Patrick was very professional and did his job well. All of the technicians who have come to our home have been great. The only issue is the office with cancellations at the last minute when you have a service scheduled. Luckily today worked out.

Air Temp Solutions technician Kyle Kellam performed a number of tasks, including setting up the humidifier on our newly installed heat pump and also a thorough duct cleaning of our entire house. Kyle was very accommodating, efficient and knowledgeable. He checked all 30+ vents annd returns as well as the main ductwork running throughout the house. All in all it was a very good experience.

Kyle was great showed up with smile explained exactly what in his opinion should be done. He gave other options also. He discussed membership, but I declined and this is why. When I called this morning the person on the phone said. Someone will be here at 12:00, well no called and no one came. So I had to call and another said someone will be out before the end of the day

Tim Lafferty my serviceman today did an outstanding job flushing my tankless hot water heater. He also told me that I needed to get a faucet key in order to clean my kitchen sink faucet. He was the first person in 5 years to tell me how to fix my problem. Thanks Tim!

No one wants to hear that their heating unit is an electrical hazard, but when we got that news tonight, our technician, Patrick, was compassionate and explained thoroughly what was wrong and what our options were for repair. We appreciated being spoken to like people and not just another job. We have always had good experiences with this company since we found them and will continue to use them for years to come.

I had a great experience so far with this company. We realized our heater was broken as it was starting to get cold. Al came out to our house the next day to do an assessment and took the time to talk to my husband and me about an efficient system that's in our budget. He was incredibly informative and kind, and really considered the needs of our family. Installation was a couple days later, and within a week of calling, we have a perfectly working heating and AC system.

Isaiah was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend and will ask for all oil services in the future to be done with him.
