They did some work at my house that was reasonably priced, but they broke off a valve to turn off the water in my house and wanted to charge me $500 for it. Very disappointed.

Willard and his son's are exceptionally professional, respond in immediate fashion and address the plumbing issue. The staff is courteous and treat your house with respect and kindness.

I love Twaddell’s plumbing. Lee and Tom are courteous, explain everything clearly, and clean up after themselves. And best of all, their prices are actually reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called to get a leaking pipe fixed. Instead, they installed a new sink on top of the STILL leaking pipe. Now they want an additional 1.2k to come back and fix the problem they were suppose to fix the first place.
Additionally the plumber techs were never on time. I had to call each time to see if they were still actually coming. They never showed up in the time slot nor did anyone call me to let me know they were running behind.

Our Kitchen sink and Master bathroom sink were backing up. Tommy and Lee came in explained everything that they were going to do and why and how I could prevent it in the future. The Guys are very professional knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I would not use anyone else.

Let the homeowner beware! First, Willard and Lee Twaddle were on time and did really good work unclogging our bedroom and kitchen sinks, replacing the flusher for one of the toilets and then installing a new kitchen faucet. They got the work done in about half a day and even came back as I needed to pick up a faucet for kitchen for them to install.

I'm disappointed because of the surprise bill of $1742 from them at the end.. it was supposed to be unclog one sink.. Granted,I did not think it would be more than we would have paid for our CA home and I did not ask upfront, I just certainly did not expect it to be twice as much as what we pay in CA for licensed plumbers. I felt Willard, the owner, should have shared with me ahead of time if it was to cost that much...

Bottom line, if you ever have Twaddell work for you, just be sure to ask them ahead of time their fees before they start their work.

It was painless to setup the appointment. Come the actual day, I followed up in the morning and during the appointment window, but no one showed up even after all the followups. Don't bite more than you can chew. Such a waste of time.

Carlos did a phenomenal job very polite, very professional and told me what was going on through every step of the way. Upfront pricing definitely will use them again.

Austin, was prompt and congenial. As always. It is a pleasure to do business with him. I will be recommending Ben Franklin and Austin to all my friends and family. Austin did a great job installing my replacement faucet. Thank you Ben!

Shaun did a great job. Fixed some busted supply lines and installed a recirculating pump. He was courteous and professional.

Our water service line broke a week before Christmas. Ben Franklin plumbing were the only ones we called who could show up same day to give us an estimate and then get a team out to do the job quickly. The team that came out were friendly, professional, and did great dealing with the problems an old house and rocky soil add to the job.

Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too…
Ohhh, wait. It must’ve been our niece who had visited a few months prior. Austin was an excellent clog sleuth!
PS: Thanks to the Done Right tech who had no-showed, we got Austin who done awesome. 🙂

Shaun Spencer could not have been any better. Courteous and detailed on what he was doing. Just shocked at price for 1hr labor and less than $25 in materials. Over$1000.

Shaun is an excellent plumber. It’s obvious why Benjamin Franklin has him on staff. I highly recommend this company. They are efficient, very experienced, and can diagnose a problem quickly and recommend a solution. Do not hesitate to call them!

I found the technicians at Benjamin Franklin to be informed, polite and very skilled. They explained the problem and tried very hard to find a solution that was reasonable. They did not leave until they had fixed the problem and they provided follow up preventative measures.

Called for an emergency service and a technician was out within the hour. Julian, the technician was very personable and extremely thorough! I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family for their plumbing needs!!
