Very professional makes clear percise estimates, wears proper PPE and deals with matters in a timely way.

They do a nice job but didnt supply an estimate and would do some of the job, say they're coming back but dont for days.

The lady to set up the appointment was nice. But the consultant came out and never got back to me. I had 4 other companies come out and i had a number within 20 minutes. This dude just ghosted me like a bad date.

Salesperson did not wear a mask around 90 yr old grandfather

I have called this company about finishing the job they started. I have not had my tree completed by this company despite my calls. It seems I’m in a Mexican standoff with Bill. I’m cancelling my payment as when they came back the company still had not cleaned up the limbs and had not corrected the wound on the side off the tree.
I’m disappointed in the response and follow up of this company.

Came out and received reasonable quote
Back in May 2020.
After that we accepted the quote,they said they would be here no later than October 1st they were very busy. 5 unanswered texts and it will soon be December 1st. Still no response from
Davey tree via email or text. 😞

Horrrible experience. Davey came out to remove a tree in the park behind condo property today and blocked our road with one of two cranes. When I asked the crew climber if he could move the crane truck long enough so that some one in the neighborhood could get to their child custody hearing he snapped and shouted at me telling me that "he had a job to do!" and if I he had to remove the crane he wasn't coming back and it would be my fault. He wasn't even in the lift yet, still on the ground. Very hot headed with a bad attitude. Would have taken him 5 extra minutes to be a nice guy.

Had an insurance job to remove a tree limb that had hit my garage and made a roughly six inch hole in my roof. (See photo) The estimate was absurd and was $900 for this. But I was going to pay the deductible either way on it and I wanted to get things moving and my insurance company recommended them. I came outside twice to greet the guys and no one said hello just ignored me and kept walking. No one knocked on the door when they came or left.

The job took roughly ten to fifteen minutes and they did not cover the hole with a tarp so it rained into my garage for three days. The job took one guy with a small chainsaw and he just pulled most of the limb out by hand but they brought three trucks for some reason. I then watched as they sat in their truck down the street for about three hours until lunch time. Had four large limbs removed from the tree last year and the tree trimmed by a competitor for $500. The price is absurd and although they may be more knowledgeable on the health of trees and things cost is insanely high compared to some local competitors.
