Horrible company to do business with, definitely do not recommend find someone else.

I don't really know what happened on our project, and at this point I guess I'm not going to find out. Jorge and the geotech engineers met me right away at my house when I saw signs of movement, and my understanding was that PLI was going to provide the engineers with core samples to see what our site was made of, and confirm that our footings were on bedrock (or whatever the correct term is), as it was indicated they were when the house was built.

I received the engineers' report in a timely manner, but waited and waited for PLI's report. I followed up many times and finally received a response much later that they were only providing bore samples, not checking the footing, but that they would do that for another $8k.

In an email to someone else that was included in an email string I was copied on, someone indicated that PLI had drilled the hole too far away from the footing, and not deep enough. The engineers said they were told PLI had tried to do it but couldn't because of site conditions. Those are four very different stories: that they were supposed to do it, that they weren't supposed to do it, that they screwed it up, and that they tried but couldn't.

Meanwhile, the crew that day trampled my flower beds 12+ feet away (after I cleared everything from the three feet around the work site they said they needed, and confirmed before work started with the supervisor that they had enough room), and tore two plants from their pots for some unknown reason. Of all of these, only one bush survived, 1/3 its former, mature size and permanently malformed. Plus, weeks later when they came back to do work at our neighbor's lot across the street, rather than asking me to move my truck, they sideswiped it with their equipment. No admission of guilt or apology. The two stars is for providing the engineers with the bore samples.

PLI SYSTEMS Manuel, crew, team, office staff, drivers all gave 100% greatest people to work with..the job was a difficult hill fix. From the start estimates/clean up/removing-installing/ repairing if needed to final project every step of the way was documented and photographed so you (as the owner) knew at each moment what was being done. Excellent job. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

They do the job right the first time.

Have become an unreliable company at best. Between not showing up until nearly lunch time and shutting down a whole crew waiting on them and flat out canceling day after day, they leave no choice but to stop using them.

Whoever your driver is who takes Castle Rock Parkway to Sante Fe to Titan, you need to learn to relax and not tailgate and be an aggressive driver. This driver clearly was following me closely and got angry when I was driving at the speed limit in the right lane. If your employees drive like this, I can only imagine their work ethics.

Great place to get everything you need to do pin piles and much more. Friendly staff is very knowledgeable and experienced.

These guys are straight up. We had a job that went bad. It wasn't anyone's fault. This stuff just happens in remodel work sometimes. These guys came out, took responsibility for their part, and not only made it good, but went out of their way to make sure we were 110% satisfied. This is the way all business should be run.

John McDowell came to my house to inspect some work done by his company 20 years ago (1998) as I live on a steep hillside and was concerned about some minor soil movement. I was just expecting John to provide me with some recommendations, but he brought his crew to assess the problem and fix it on the spot. After about an hours worth of work, the problem was resolved! These guys do quality work and stand behind their work- even after 20 years. Highly recommend.
