I have use Quantum at least 4 times since moving to Greenville 14 years ago and they have been awesome to work with. They do a great, very fair on price and do a nice job of cleaning up. I have had them install extra outlets on our shelf in the living room, under counter lights, garage bench light, a back garage door light and most recently recessed lighting in our living room. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We initially had Quantum do all the electrical installation for our new home. Since the initial work done, we have had them rewire a 90 year old home for us, by the way was done exceptionally. They really listen to what you want done and get the work done in a short-term. We recently need some lighting work done in a hurry in our basement and they were quick to respond so we did not have to put off our drywall installation. We will continue to call them for any other electrical work needed. They are also very reasonably priced, just for those looking for work done at a fair price.

Yet again, the pros at Quantum Electric were the right call to make.

Alex and Casey arrived at the scheduled time and immediately review the task and asked if there were any questions or if the task they outlined was what I needed.

More pleasant and professional technicians you would be hard pressed to find. When they completed the job, they walked me through the improvement and made sure I was confident what they accomplished was what I expected.

I am so impressed with the way they help me understand the nuances of residential electric service. They not only diagnose my concern, but show me why I felt I was experiencing an inconsistency.

Eric and Drew did a fabulous job installing soffit lighting. The lighting is perfect.

You could tell they were proud of the work they did. I will use them anytime I need electrical work done.

And did not complain about my son's teenage messy video gaming basement room or having to rearrange furniture to get to his workspace.Will definitely recommend to anyone and will call in the future with any more electrical needs.

Jayson was really professional and nice. We needed him to fix the light in our bedroom. He responded fast back to us initially and got out to us in a very timely matter. Will recommend to anyone.

Jason is so wonderful. He helped us get the electric back to our house just by talking to us over the phone. Apparently lightning hit close to the house and the breaker turned off. We didn't know you got to use muscle to turn that breaker off then back on.

Totally ghosted me.

Nice guy. Came over and gave me an estimate with an email that said ".. let me know if you have any questions." So, I responded with a question but never heard from him again. Even after calling and leaving a message to make sure the email just didn't get lost.

Jason is such a nice guy! Called me right away, walked me through troubleshooting and found a tripped GFCI no charge. Will definitely be using in the future. Thank you for your help!

We had a wonderful experience with Bauer Electric. Our hardwired smoke alarms were old and started going off for no reason, including at 3 AM. We called Bauer and explained the situation and an electrician came very promptly and replaced all of them. He also replaced a light fixture while he was here. I would highly recommend this company.

I was able to use Bauer Electric for my Electric Car Charger installation. Their work was excellent and fast for the wiring/conduit in the garage and the setup of the charging station. They professionally mounted the unit and cord reel exactly where it was best for me and make sure I had no issues setting up the unit before they left. Excellent service and would highly recommend for any service!

I have a good experience from the person who did the estimate in my house to resolve a minor electrical issue and do an upgrade. . Scott explained project in details.Mr.Toni is very nice as well, He never show any frustration even I kept asking him too many question. Definitely, I will be contacting them to do the job in my house. I hoped you do too.

We needed two new 240V lines run from our basement panel to the garage for a present and future EV, and a car charge and NEMA 14-50 recepticle installed. I called for a quote and Jim came out fairly quickly to look things over and provided a reasonable price only a few days later. Josh was scheduled to do the install and he called first thing in the morning to ask if he could start an hour earlier, which was fine. He arrived exactly on time, was professional, courteous and clean, and completed the work efficiently in my opinion. I was very happy with the entire process and the work that was done.

To start with my normal contractor is Point was booked. My neighbor that has worked for Bauer does nothing but talk how great the company is. He and the company has done the big expansion at the farm by use, so I figured they got to be good.
I called for two simple outlets to be installed, one even had the feed there. The other maybe a twenty foot run. Thinking to myself as a retired professional that’s a three/ four hundred dollar job. Boy was I surprised when I received a bill for six hundred and change. I went thru the bill line item by line item and found a few discrepancies no big deal but the hours were way off. I figured a note detailing my findings when I sent the payment in and then a correspondence would start once they reviewed the account. Boy I was wrong. The check got cashed quickly though.

Maybe it is my fault for not asking for a quote, but when I use let’s say “Fisher Electric” I never feel like I have been taken. 6.7 hours to do a couple outlets is a little extreme. You know what they say “ Do you want to make a customer for today or a life time”. I guess I know the answer to that question. It’s a shame for as old as their company is , I bet the elders did not treat their customers this way.

I am very happy with my Bauer Electric experience. I needed help with a new light fixture installation. I called Bauer Electric early in the morning for help and they sent an electrician named Robert over promptly. Robert had the new light fixture wired in and installed within minutes. Very professional and friendly. He was also really informative on concerns I had about some outlets I plan on having installed in the future. I'm pleased enough with the experience to make Bauer Electric my go to for future electrical needs.

The technician was terrific. Got my service back on extremely quickly. Can't say enough on how professional that they were and helpful in a very stressful situation

We would highly recommend Matt from Excel Electrical Solutions LLC. We are updating our home, and had no lighting in several rooms. Matt put in several lights for us and a bathroom fan. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job.
