Braun Electrical Services, Inc. is outstanding and top-notch in all they do. Joe Braun functions like a Concierge Contractor. Joe came to the rescue on a weekend emergency service call to our rural property. He resolved the electrical problem and identified ongoing electrical risks with our old cabin in need of restoration. He quickly earned our trust with his obvious concern for customer service, as well as concern for us as people. Joe stepped into role as General Contractor and Design Architect. He demolished half the cabin and completely restored its' best half, while building a custom 2-story addition. Joe was vigilant throughout the project to solicit our preferences and confirm our ongoing satisfaction. Joe is a detailed oriented craftsman who uses only state-of-the-art, industry best practices. He's a lifelong learner. He's very talented, reliable and conscientious about all he does. Joe is also very kind and generous with his time. Ag Electric is a small locally owned and operated business. They have extensive knowledge and hands on experience with the agricultural industry and understand the importance of being there when you need them and getting the job done right. They treat their customers like friends and neighbors and are the kind of business you'd be happy to recommend to others!

Beware of hidden charges. Called Todd for an estimate on electrical work. I explained what I needed done and he told me he charges for time and materials. He then procedes to tell me his hourly labor rate, but conveniently doesn't tell me about the "service call rate" charge that's also part of the job. So, I was quite suprised when I saw this extra $130 charge on the bill. Before I received the bill, I called him back a week after the initial work to do some additional work and through all this time, he never mentioned this charge. Shady business tactics?? You decide. Don't hire him based on an estimate over the phone, get it in writing. He is dishonest and not upfront about his pricing! There are a lot of electricians out there, shop wisely.

Todd was here on time and did the job very quickly. He is one of the nicest people I've had come to my house for jobs i needed done. I strongly recommend him to do your electrical work.

I have used Lakepark Electric for years. Todd and his guys have always been great to work with. They know their stuff, they are friendly, and I never feel like I overpaid for their services. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the project.

While not a testiment to quality ... which I'm sure is awesome ... I just wanted to call out the wonderful character that Lake Park Electric employees have. Two of their employees assisted me with changing a flat this morning without hesitation. Absolutely stellar employees going way above and beyond!

We had a few projects to get done and Lake Park was the only one out of 3 that responded back to us. We are very pleased with the work that Todd and his team did and would recommend them to other.
