Good experience first time then had issues with their work I called they set up a time then never showed. Then wouldn’t respond then finally did they apologize set up another time n never show now not responding at all very poor communication and customer service

Great experience! Very professional and efficient. Found an outlet that goes perfectly with the living room. Quick, easy to deal with. And how often does a business answer the phone right away? Highly recommended.

Called and got an appointment for today. No one called, no one showed up, and no one answered the phone. Not a great way to run a business.

This is my rating 0. I called talked to Ryan. He said later that day he would be out to fix my light. It was 4 weeks ago. I have called 1-2 a week since left messages. No return calls. My light is still not working.

My rating is ZERO stars. I actually had a positive comment on here but that needs to change. My contractor turned out to be a fraud and to back it up he committed some. Seems this guy has something to hide as well and was hired by the former. The electric is all screwed up with live wires that shouldn't be 4 wires to connect into 3 wires which makes no sense etc etc ... I cant even hook up a simple hallway light to see. If I did my 110 will be 220 if i accidentally turn both switches on. About that point my house will probably burn down. I'm also 100% permanantly and totally disabled btw. Dude is in the wind for 2 weeks now and has not returned a call or text nor can i confirm he's even licensed as required.

I strongly recommend you do not hire this person.

Excellent work and service. Needed help with electrical in a garage and in a small home - everything from checking overall safety of system to pulling outlets out to be flush with wall covering. May Electric did excellent work with great communication and reasonable cost.

Jamie came and moved and replaced my dryer outlet, fixed my kitchen lights and outside lights. He was very quick to respond, very professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Empire Electric & will use them again in the future if needed.
